Running For Liberty Version [III] (Help)

 

Hello, I need some help, how I create a DFF, and also how I can edit the main.scm I wonder how I can do it, because eh been working on a mod for GTA III series, I don't have asked for permission to own cars, because the owner is offline I need edit DFF and COL, but there a manual that has all the functions of main.scm? please give me the link or write it in the comments, Here some photos, Thanks.

For creating .dff's you can use 3ds max with installed kam's scripts. Main.scm can be edited with Sanny Builder.

I use 3d Max But what is the version for GTA III? and in the Sanny Builder is very complicated, I need a tutorial to know the functions in the main.scm

I need handle the main.scm for create race missions, and the dff for create the Need For Speed Hot Pursuit And Need for Speed Rivals Graphics, I no know edit the timecyc I would like know edit the timecyc to so of that no having errors with the sky

.. there is no version of 3ds Max for GTA III. It's a modeling program and KAM's scripts is a way to import and export the .dff format into 3ds Max.
