I remember somewhere one of the R* developers said that there is so much hidden/easter egg/secret material in GTA V that there is a chance come may never be found. There is a chance this was intentional. Or it could be an accident.

The gravestone reads:

"In loving memory of Jetpack

2004-2005

'The Sky is the only limit'"

Judging by the writing on it. I think it is intentionally left there.

Don't forget that its very close to the church, so its possible it was supposed to be by the church, somehow was moved over and forgot about. It is very well hidden so I could see how even R* would lose track of it.

What writing? I checked it out and it was blank.

but if there was writing, that wouldn't suggest it being intentionally left there anymore than a blank stone. The writing would be apart of it, so if the stone was accidentally left there, the writing would still be on it.

I'm standing in front of the grave and honestly I think that the user tricked us and posted a picture of a different grave because you can't see that much of it because of the rock surrounding it. cheers

Haha, wow what a worthless lazy employee. Blocking it with a tree....why not just delete it? What an idiot.

Haha, wow what a worthless lazy employee. Blocking it with a tree....why not just delete it? What an idiot.

Isn't the entire map like 40 square miles including the ocean? You try handcrafting an entire breathing city and two counties from scratch, and see if you don't make a mistake or two..

Oh I get it...your stupid. Let me break it down...they have hundreds of people working on this and millions of dollars invested. This is not some kids science project here, this is a billion dollar company, and frankly it is a sloppy and inexcusable move.

Says the person who knows jack sh*t about developing games on this scale.

Those hundreds of people have a lot of different jobs than just combing the entire wilderness for an out of place object.

You KNOW that's not what happened. Either it got misplaced and forgotten about or its purposely in the ground. If it wasn't meant to be there and it was known about, it would've been removed.

Oh I get it...your stupid.

Gotta love when people type "your stupid".

Why? He gets the other guys stupid... as in, the other guy passed an object called a stupid, and he is just letting us know he got it..... that is what he is saying right?? :p

That's a nice find, but it's extremely wierd that they put a grave in a place like that, not sure if it's a mistake...

Also, I went there to investigate and there's no writing on it, at least not in my game.

That's my bad. I took that photo while seeing if I could find easter eggs in the graveyard over in Pacific Bluffs.

glitch, intentional, unintentional, there's nothing more to it than the tree standing in front of it.  just a mere object.

There's nothing more to it, any sane person knows that, but that doesn't mean its not interesting. To have something that random be found is pretty cool, whether its a headstone or any other object.

Why joke about it?

It may have a huge meaning or importance in the game.

No wonder why some of you lot have hit a brick wall. Good eye rickyboy123

Nice find!

I am surprised no silly monkey has said ''wow, it's CJ's grave!''.

Yes, that's on top of the hill near the Lighthouse, not Mount Gordo, the next one south. I think people said thats the mom of the girl you pick up in a random event, but I'm not sure if there is any proof to that.

Well, that Zancudo river grave... It's weird! It almost looks like it was put there before the hill it's embedded in, but why? It's a weird spot! I mean, it's a nice spot... very quiet and suitable for a grave, with a view of the river for all eternity, but it's weird!

Spooky. Here's something I found:

Strange, but not nearly as creepy as OP's picture.

I guess that they changed the position of some objects, I saw something similar on Blaine County, a half tree was inside a rock...

This still could be a County boundary monument that was subject to falling rocks and dirt over time..  Search google images for "county boundary monument"... some of them look like little Washington Monuments however some of them look like grave stones, but with markings on them of course.  Maybe more of them will be discovered.  We have all seen the white "X"s painted on pavement and sidewalks, especially in the Vespucci Beach area... those are aerial survey targets used for rectifying aerial photography by photogrammetrists.

When you call her up for bootycall, she says that she has a problem that she's burying. But if it's the mom, I think she died way before the random encounter.

back to the grave, there is also something else there buried in the ground just to the left of it, cant work out what it is though. If you stand on top of the grave & slowly pan the camera so you are looking down at it you can see the hole headstone from the back from inside the rock ( underworld of the map ) .
