If they added all these options and such, I'm sure we would all pay good money for them. It would make more than Cash Cards ever will.

Not everyone wants to pay. The future of gaming shouldn't rely on who's rich and who isn't to get the good stuff.

I would be able to pay, as I get money, but I would refuse to pay for this.

Plus Micro transactions are the worst thing that ever came to existence, and now they're in GTA.

Payday 2 charges for every DLC that contains less items than a Sims expansion pack. Waste of money.

And knowing Rockstar's way of handling Online, you would be paying for a half baked DLC.

How do you feel about throwing your money away for half baked stuff that could have been used on a something useful?

For essential stuff, sure, but think about the very optional items, like apt customizations. A lot of people think thats a waste of time and they would never use it. So R* has to prioritize and the rest of the people never get to see good ideas because its something that R* doesnt think 90% of the players want. Well, here's a way around it. Those 50% can buy it and it will be worthwhile to develop. Otherwise some of these things may never get developed. We're not talking about rapidfire tanks (I already have that), but in reality I'd pay $9.99 for it if it was available just to save time and trouble trying to get the chrome tanks to hold in a session.
