i don't play gta v much but wen i do my eyes gets really uncomfortable during gtav's daytime sunshine. i don't recall having this problem in gta iv so i made gta v darker to make it alright to play but its too dark. i want something in the middle, not too bright and not to dark and maybe the best picture as well.

First of all the picture is linked with your TV settings.
Proper calibration of you TV may drastically enhance your experience.
I have Samsung LE40D503 and many times I tried to find best settings and here are my results:

Contrast: 90
Brightness : 44
Sharpness : 0 or 50 (some peaple say that it should be 0 but it depends on you)
Color: 50
All enhancments like Dynamic Contrast and Egde Enhancment should be Off - All of them! At first your picture may seem like it's better with them but it's not.

There is an option called "Game Mode" which decrease lag input, but decrease you image a little too - I prefer to not turning it on, it isn't necessary and it doesn't show much diffrence.

So these are my tips for you and my brightness in GTA V is set on 2/10 and picure is nice, not too bright and enough dark at nights ;)
Greetings mate :)
