Not a very good game, but it did have a pretty good soundtrack:

Dunno if I've posted about it before, but Okami on the PS2 had some glorious traditional japanese music. This is from a boss fight:

Two video game scores come to mind...

Firstly...Medal of Honor: Frontline. The score is on par with any great war movie score...including Saving Private Ryan...maybe even surpassing (IMHO)! The opening piece of the soundtrack is extremely moving, especially with the child's voice and trumpet solo.

Secondly...Mass Effect. This moving piece called Leaving Earth is f*cking epic. An already great story with a fantastic score that compliments every scene exceptionally well equals an unforgettable experience.

This probably has to be my favorite song on MP3's soundtrack.

This finnish low-budget film about a drunk samurai had some pretty dope music:

Mushishi has a relaxing and soothing score, fitting well with mystery and nature:

Bakemonogatari compositions gives a sensation of suspense and at the same time feels magical:

The soundtrack from Goodfellas - with ALL of the tracks in the order they appear in the movie, not the CD version where they cut out all the best ones like anything The Stones made.

really love this track, it makes the entire helicopter segment that much more intense. It's a shame that this game never had it's soundtrack officially released outside of Russia (and even that release mostly just consisted of 1 minute tracks with generic names)

Watch Dogs has some spectacular tracks. A lot of the stuff Hudson Mohawke composed for it's sequel is just amazing also.
