Installing game

Hello, does actually installing game on a hardware(xbox here) makes it faster? when xbox is reading game from dvd then is loud and sometimes game is really slow, after installing xbox is really silent but does it make game faster? for example loading online or missions

I'm not sure I understand.

 

You should have 2 disks. Disk one is installation (the map) and you only need to install this once. Disk two is the game software which you load for each game session.

Yeah but i mean when game is inside of xbox, instead of pressing A for start game you can click X and see info about game, then you can install the game again

You shouldn't install the "PLAY" disk onto the Hard-Drive as is causes streaming problems due to the game having to read the disk data and the install data at the same time.

 

If you want to partially speed up the game and fix loading problems, install the "INSTALL" disk to a USB 3.0 16GB stick and do not install the "PLAY" disk to the hard-drive.
