I can honestly say I have never noticed a crew emblem whilst playing the game.  The only time I see them are on the social club.

Have you seen any offensive crew emblem/logo the last months? Like ex. A swastika or a pair of tits (not that tits are offensive or anything <3 )

Nor is a swastika.  It was on the go long before the rise of Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party in Germany.  It is a symbol of auspiciousness in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism.  It wasn't until 1920 that the Nazi party adopted it as their symbol.  The symbol is still used today by various religions.  In India, new cars are often marked with a Swastika blessing for road safety.

But in answer to your question, no I have never seen an offensive crew emblem but then I'm not easily offended or looking for something to be offended by.

The vast majority of people know that the symbol the Nazis used has been many, many things in many, many cultures for a long time before.  People have mostly given up pointing that out to other people because the response is usually the same.  Yes, we know that, but it was most recently used by Nazis and there are people alive right now, today, that were scarred for life (both physically and mentally) by what that "party" did.  To suggest that because it once meant f*cking flowery peace love and that makes it okay is totally stupid.  The word "f*cked" used to mean broken.  Does that make it okay?

No, not that I could make out anyway. Much like the tats on other people all the emblems I see that aren't mine are so blurred they look like a giant pelican sh@t on their jacket.

It doesn't offend me but then I'm not looking for something to be offended by.  It was not most recently used by the Nazi party.  the most high profile use of it is by the Nazi party but it was used long before Hitler and it will continue to be used long after Hitler for causes that are the polar opposite of what it symbolised between 1920 and 1945.  It is still used today as a religious symbol, just as it was used long before the rise of the Nazi party in 1920.

that's clearly not true since you haven't told me anything new

example you're playing gta online and there's some1 running around with swastika's on their clothes/cars

do you think

A. it's just some hindu playing GTA

or

B. it's some western kid just trying to go for shock value

if it's painted on some asian temple than it's pretty safe to say it's not related to nazi's at all

in any western context though you can be pretty sure it's offensive

even if some1 claims to be a budhist or whatever, it's a pretty safe assumption they're only  doing it to get attention

cuz there's plenty of other symbols one could have used that would not evoke such negative feelings

I see it as another player.  Their political beliefs mean nothing to me.

It's only offensive in a western context if it is clearly being used in some sort of show of white supremicy or neo-nazi-ism.  How you can tell from a players toon is beyond reasonable comprehension unless you are just looking to jump to conclusions.  If you know what you are looking at, it is not imediately offensive.

Yes, but you are either deluded or incredibly naive if you think most people in an online game are putting up swatsikas as anything other than Nazi symbolism. And to be honest, if they were genuine and wanted to avoid the connotations associated with the swatsika, they should use the following:

good god you're thick

you're accusing me of not knowing a meaning behind the swastika (which is wrong cuz I do know about it's other uses)

while at the same time completely ignoring the most Obvious use it could possibly have  (considering the context of a western videogame and it's general demographic)

I mean any1 using a swastika in a game like this would be downright retarded if he doesn't know about the negative feelings it could evoke in some people

so logically it's pretty safe to say these negative feelings (or any reaction) is part of his motivation

either that or he's just dimwitted

don't see how that could possibly be beyond reasonable comprehension

unless you're not too bright ofcourse

than it would make sense

but any1 with half a brain could see the problems attached to this symbol and would therefor not use it

they would just slap a nice politically correct budha onto their car

so you could logically deduce that any1 using a swastika is either an insensitive prick or a really stupid budhist/hindu/whatever

(I know i've kind of repeated myself but since you had so much trouble grasping such a simple logical deduction the first time I thought some redundancy was in order)

I report anything that I don't like.

Why you ask? Because it humours me.

I report people glitching, hacking, annoying me etc.

I reported a squeaker for harassment because his voice was pissing me off and I call that harrassment because for some reason I couldn't mute him. Harassment.

Funny word tbh.

It's an 18-rated game - from that there are very few things which should be offensive.

But then R* are catering to the 15 year olds who shouldn't really be playing, aren't they?

I bet you anything you wouldn't have the balls to walk down the street with a swastika cape on. If I saw you I wouldn't think you "were a peaceful Hindu"

I would straight up beat the sh*t out of you....
