Why does it happen and how do I fix it? The model is rigged perfectly. I know I could rig the jaw verticles to head. This would fix the problem but then the jaw wouldn't move...

See - I can move the Jaw bone in 3ds max perfectly but when I export it is all messed up

Anyone has any ideas?

It uses original Rockstar's vertex weights, I'm sure the problem is not there...

Either the jaw bone is placed way too high when the mouth is closed or the idle_stance anim is messed up

It's not the anim, it's like that with every animation. Might be because the bone is too high, I tried moving the bone down, it did go better but then in 3ds Max it looks with mouth really wide open and IG the jaw looks like he is fat

Try to find the correct placement of the bone , but i recommend you to redo the rigging from the beginning , you've got skills so it wont take much time for you to do it

By the way , try to reduce the amount of painted vertices over the cheeks and the bottom of the jaw , and try to lower the weight of the mouth from red to orange.
