I love it, it handles nicely (although it has a tendency to want to go straight on at corners), has a decent top speed but takes a while to get there and it can take a lot of damage. Yes, its expensive but if you really want it then you'll pay for it.

In my opinion it is. It can be fun to make them poor peasants jealous. It looks cool. It has a unique horn. It has style. Driving is okay.

But I wouldn't go to battle or hunt a bounty with it.

The Car can Carry 8 people 4 inside and 4 on the running boards ...

I use it in constantly in missions because it can carry everyone, the one thing i have noticed in chase missions and you are having to deal with all those drunk NPC drivers determined to hit you, they will bounce off the car like a ball hitting a wall, ...so far its the best car i have used when dealing with those drunk drivers

I also like the car for Gang attacks, its body style allows for better cover, so now i normally drive right into the center of the circle and use the car for cover

i have used it to collect a couple of bountys, if the person having the bounty is determined to run they might have an advantage because the top speed is slower on the Roosevelt
but if they want to play cat and mouse with ya and like driving at you at high speed, just steer into there lane and hit them head on.....if they are in a stole car the wreck will damn near destory them. giving you plenty of time of kill them..........if they love stickys and get you...well they just lost 9500 to the insurance

That's nice, but I don't do jobs and gang attacks and I prefer playing as a loner. I go to battle alone, I hunt bounties alone. Entity is always my choice if a bounty is in a moving vehicle or if I drive into a battle. The reasons why I don't take the Roosevelt for these situations are: protection, handling, acceleration, speed. Not good enough imo.

As far as I know it can hold 6 people, not?

the pure essence of driving around in at vehicle is great fun its heavy agile and fast, its a great little runner, most heads turn, so i would say yes it is worth it, but hey thats my opinion.

How many peepoles does it carry? I hear things like men standing on the sides is true? It look badass I think so

Holds 8 people total....[4] inside, [4] hanging on the outside with Tommy guns

So does a Granger :)

For the people who just keep one single sports classic in the garage of each character for the purposes of racing, I would say the Roosevelt isn't worth buying.    Or is it?  I'm not sure I trust the stats on Legendarymotorsports.com in terms of top speed and time to 60 mph.

I would say yes. It's not as good as the Z-Type, but it's a unique car that can be pretty fun to drive. Everyone seems to always paint it a drab brown or black color though.

Here is mine:

I'm going to out on a limp and say hug means husband or something of the sort?

You wouldn't mess anything up in SP, You already own it so you don't have to buy it just go to the secondary garage and drive it.

I myself liked it but i can't see myself spending that much money on one right at the moment maybe in the future if R* decdies to keep it which i hope they do i like it too.

I've been using it at my car in SP after it's completely modded it run nice

going out on a limp...?  see a doctor?

750k for a reskinned Granger with an unique horn.

I don't like the fact that you can barely hear the horn otherwise it's a great car

Meh.. Not worth it IMO.

I can afford it, but i see no point unless you are just a collector of rare things.

You really want that car, my friend.

I MIGHT just come back just because of it. I am still on the damn fence, though. Battlefield is so much more fun... and less grindy.

Battlefield not nothing like GTA.  But, that fact that you have to grind levels in a competitive FPS is pretty much the least fun thing about BF.

At least GTA is about  crime and making that cash.  Which makes sense.

Not sure why players need to grind levels in BF tho.   Maybe to give veteran players an easier time when squashing newbies  :D

Well, the "noob" guns are actually really good, so it`s no grind. By level 20 - 25 you have all classes maxed out, so you have access to all the field upgrades and class equipment. Which pretty much is all you need to be a good footie. And you only need 10 kills with any gun to promote from iron sights to any form of 1X optic - red dot or similar.

The only grind is for vehicles, where you unlock the good stuff after some points.. and you really don`t want to go head to head against a fully unlocked guy, but as infantry goes, you are really at your best within the first 3 weapon unlocks for each class of weapon, which is REALLY fast.

___________________

You want levels and varied weapons for the battlepacks - chance of getting nice paintjobs, soldier camo paints, certain aesthetic weapon attachments, etc - fluff. Nice looking fluff.

Thats what i thought too. We tried to get 2 people hanging on the same side but it wouldn't work. We didn't have a full 8 though.

Not buying it personally. It looks very cool, but every time I buy a "show" car (and most of the times I've owned a "rare" car), I always end up selling it. I'd rather get something I'm going to use more often and that can be used in any occasion (Bounties, crusing, etc). The whole thing with 6 people at once, that's just asking for an RPG.

If it was, say $250K, I'd be a bit more interested. $750K? Nah.
