[Q] it's possible to call Bone id with memory address?

Hi.. I want to ask about bone id.. what could to call Bone id with memory address? like bone attach plugin in samp and mta.. they can call function with another syntax. so, I want to try manipulate them, thanks :)

I have one for MTA, but. this is not made by me. I think I can't show it.

how they can use ingame parameters. does can I do that for asi or cleo?
