In my opinion, the game is very restrictive and limiting in regards to owning property. So, given the chance to live anywhere you want, where would you live? Don't let garage capacity influence your decision. Just location.

Also, why do you want to live in that place?

I stayed in Paleto Bay for a while.

There is really piss all to do.

However here is a little trick to make your neighbourhood more lively. Host a game nearby, and simply wait for players to join. You can invite everyone in your session to speed it up, but I find people usually join eventually. You will also have a slight edge in the mode since you know the land better.

When the game ends, go to freeroam. If everyone has stuck around, you now have players in your zone and you can kill them and do cop shootouts etc etc.

A place

- I can design myself however i want to.

- I can choose which people are allowed in it.

- I can choose the way i look.

- I can do whatever i want.

I'm perfectly happy in my apartment in Del Perro, though it's a little irritating that my friend's apartments Downtown look exactly the same as mine.  Can't R* hire an interior decorator?

Right, but what do you actually do there?

Tbh im thinking of just getting the cheapest 10 car garage and spawning on the streets from my last location. I do it anyway. Spawning from inside your apartment is just so damn sluggish.

True.  There is nothing to do there, but I would much rather drive to where I need to go rather than get out of my apartment into a warzone and get killed right away (don't live in the $400K apt, but it feels like I do sometimes with all the shooting that goes on everywhere).  Plus, I can always just drive to the airfield and get a plane or a helo and just fly to where I want to go.

Right... but where do you want to go? All jobs can be accessed via the job menu, and all the freeroam events are randomly determined. I suppose Paleto Bay is great if the only thing you want to do in freeroam is shop, il give it that.

I feel you can pretty much get everything you want if you always spawn on foot from your last location.

Franklin's house :)  I just love staring at his mother while she's doing her stretches and yoga on the floor.

I'd like to live around Paleto Bay. Away from the Los Santos Chaos but also a great place for solitude and beautiful scenery.

Paleto Bay all the way.

I mostly do missions, it has all the shops, and a helipad if I want to leave to far away. Oh, and no wars there either.

If a thread exists, then it's best to use that instead of bloating the forum database.

If only the search function worked properly. Damn IP Board software...

Yeah but its so damn annoying seeing a topic you think you might like only to find it has like 8 pages to read because its the only one. Im not reading 8 pages.

Don't need to read 8 pages anyway; OP gives the topic in question, the ending page number can see the discussion at that point. It's what I do.

Sometimes I look back a few pages to find the starting point of ay tangents or discussions, but it's not that time consuming if I'm honest.

I think in Chumash. One of the few places I haven't been too often. The rest got too boring for me, particularly the north of LS. It's close to LS, close to the highway and at the ocean. Also it has a nice pier, I like to hang out there.

Grapeseed.

It has a small airport, and a few shops. You can always go to Sandy Shores custom shop for your automotive needs. It's near the Alamo Sea and most importantly, AWAY from folks that park tanks in front of other players garage entrances.

if they put a couple 2, 6, and 10 car garages/residences around that area, it would probably help some of the overcrowding in Los Santos.
