With 1.31 update, each weapon group have a specific damage value against armoured vehicles.

Assault shotgun now shoots 6 pellets instead of 8, range dropoff is between 5 and 40 metres instead of 10 to 40.
MG now deals 40 damage per shot instead of 30.
Combat MG now deals 45 damage per shot instead of 32. Spread improved from 5.5 to 5.0.
New Combat PDW is garbage.

If your level is 120 and you're using full armor then your health value is 378 !
Heavy vest multiply your armor value by 1.5.
If you're using full armor with heavy vest then your armor value is 75 not 50 !

Here's my best guesses on what all of these values mean:

 

<ClipSize = Obvious, magazine capacity.

<AccuracySpread = Accuracy, probably how closely the weapons groups when you fire it continuously. (Smaller number =  better accuracy.

<AccurateModeAccuracyModifier = Muliplier for accuracy when zoomed in

<RunAndGunAccuracyModifier = Multiplier for accuracy while running

<RecoilAccuracyMax = Multiplier for accuracy with recoil, i.e. firing continuously.

<MinHeadShotDistancePlayer = Don't know, I don't think there's a minimum distance to kill a player with 1 head shot

<MaxHeadShotDistancePlayer = The maximim distance at which 1 headshot kills

<HeadShotDamageModifierPlayer = I guess the amount of damage a headshot does compared to a body shot, maybe after the maximum 1 shot kill range?

<Damage = Speaks for itself, the amount of life taken from a hit.

<DamageTime = Damage over time, only for stun gun and tear gas.

<DamageTimeInVehicle = Same, for when victim is in vehicle I think.

<DamageTimeInVehicleHeadshot = Same for stun gun headshot.

<NetworkHitLimbsDamageModifier = Don't know what the network stands for, but I guess a multiplier for the amount of damage from a shot to the limbs

<LightlyArmouredDamageModifier = I think mulitplier for damage taken when you get hit while wearing armor.

<Force = I think the amount of kenetic energy that a player is hit with, how far he flies.

<ForceHitPed = Same but for NPC's.

<ForceHitVehicle = Same but for vehicles.

<ForceHitFlyingHeli = Same but for choppers.

<TimeBetweenShots = Firing rate (smaller number = higher rate of fire)

<TimeLeftBetweenShotsWhereShouldFireIsCached = Don't know.

<VehicleReloadTime = Time it takes to reload in a vehicle. Strangely I don't see one for when on foot.

<LockOnRange = Obvious

<WeaponRang = Maximum distance a bullet can travel.

<HudDamage value = I think this has to do with the bars in the game to show the weapon's stats.

<HudSpeed value = Ditto.

<HudCapacity = Ditto.

<HudAccuracy = Ditto

<HudRange = Ditto

Yeah what the hell? Why are people acting so confused. You don't need to know anything about coding to be able to f*cking read:

And know that means the amount of damage the weapon does is 26. How stupid are some of you?

 

CenMan is pretty spot on with what the values do. They're self-explanatory.

 

And to everyone asking "What you're supposed to do with this": Nothing for now. It just gives us a better idea on what power the weapons have. Not everyone has downloaded the common.rpf from the OpenIV site and looked at this, it could be interesting for some other people. Hell, if I remember correctly this isn't even obviously named like GTA IV's WeaponInfo.xml. It's called something completely different in V's files.

 

I've taken a look at the weapon attachments to see what effects they have on guns, and silencers don't really reduce damage as much as you think they do. They only subtract the weapon's damage value by 1. So a silenced pistol would take 25HP from an NPC, whereas one without a silencer would take away 26HP.

yes, this guy has good posts also he found all the heists info so far I mean in terms of this post those values don't mean anything to us if things do get changed then there is point to the thread but as of now it is pointless. it is just a bunch of code which if he waited till there was a change like what happened with the jets speed no one posted the speed before but they knew it themselves then one poster showed us the comparison once the change was made.
There is nothing we can do to change it.

(one major fact here is these are single player files.)

just to clarify the stun gun gave it all away. the rockstar cloud files have the newest versions of the weapons files.

unless he took these files from the update file then its not 100% accurate as most things change in any online game. with the fact the stung gun is not online and also not in the online files it is clear these are single player files.

Using ONLY the fire rate and damage values I worked out a simple DPS value for each weapon.

AP is 400
AK is 190
Carbine is 237
Advanced is 283
MG is 219
Combat MG is 296

Now these numbers obviously aren't definitive cause range etc isn't taken into account, but is the AP that OP? I think it may be, in my experience nothing bar the minigun is as effective against a close heli.
Also the figures suggest the MG is not that useful which I would agree with.

The micro SMG has better accuracy than the AP, I don't use the UZI because I'm still trying to get the 500 pistol kills award.  I'm 169 pistol kills away from that.  The AP isn't that OP, so I hope they don't nerf it because I love that Pistol.  What I hate is the weapon wheel where the weapons get pulled out of people's asses out of magical pockets like this is a CARTOON.
