Recently while doing missions it seems that the less work a player does the greater the reward is.

I've done missions where i've killed more npc's, hacked the keypads and delivered more vehicles yet receive less money and less rp than a guy who more or less seems idle.

There are times in missions where i've done less and received greater rewards too.

Anyone else encounter this ?

You sure it wasn't just their first mission?

How much you get depends on have you done the mission before (you get less second time and onwards) or if you are the correct level for it.

Also for example if there are two others who are on same crew, they get 10% more rp if they do a job with crew members.

If you are just looking at the end rp on the list, it doesn't count the rp you got during the mission by killing enemies, that total rp number flashes on the screen before the end results page.

2- press x

3- buy a cashcard

stfu about the shark cards already!
They are not forcing you to buy them. It is an option. OPTION!
You probably want the game to be like the dns crystal clear out. Kill one guy in 5 sec and get 100k.

If you want stuff in the game you work for it OR you could buy shark cards.

And it is real easy to earn cash legit. Do some missions, rob a store, hunt a bounty.

And to OP.
Most likely is that they do the mission for the first time.
If they are total r-tards I usaly solo do the mission and then leave in votingscreen so I don't have to play with them again.
If I play with good people I go along on some missions and usaly add them as friends. Real fun and good way to earn cash and rp. Play with someone you know is good.

Glad OP asked this question as I was wondering the same last night. I played Coveted fully for the first time last night and got about 17k- kinda figured why this was so popular - played again... got 12k or thereabouts. Still it paid for some new wheels and a paintjob for my Tailgater. :)

Only tools hand more money over to developers they're unhappy with. Especially on the most broken game known to gaming.

I think BF4 is the most broken game from what I've heard. Yeah, if it's a tag-along's first time, they get more money but if you're the guy killing NPCs and picking up their dropped cash and such, you are indeed the victor. I suggest for missions that you try to find a buddy who wants to do them and stick with playing with that guy, it pays off in the long run. A friend and I play regularly, and we both make decent cash this way, as we both develop roles for each mission, and complete them rather quickly to maximize payout. I bought a tank after only 5 good sessions, starting from only 9k. We ditched allowing randoms to join a long time ago, too many AFK's cashing in by doing nothing.
