I got an iTunes card for Xmas and I haven't even used it yet, since I'd much prefer to just go into a brick and mortar store and buy something that way!

Buy strictly MP3s for now. When I'm finally out on my own though, I'd like to rebuy my music on physical media.

In my storage I have those original cardboard EXTRA long CD boxes that contained the much smaller plastic jewelcase at the bottom, that and of course, my collection of LP, CD, cassette, LD! haha Beta and VHS tapes. It's half my stored items...nearly!

you could make a collage from the Long Boxes and put them up on your walls! Trip, you catch my drift??

For ages I've been legally downloading music but recently I've started buying CD albums again.  I find that when I download an album or a single track it just gets lost amongst the thousands of other tracks after a couple of listens.  With CDs I tend to listen to them in the car much more and they're more satisfying to have.

I buy CDs, usually in big bursts. Like 10 at once, then I don´t buy for a while.

And I recycle most of them, only the ones that really mean lot will be spared. Once I binned about 200 CDs.

Back in 80s I got vinyls, but the collection never grew big before the CD media was brought into the market.
