Too bright texture

Hi, Ive got a little problem while making my weapon mod. Im making silenced version of the pistol and the silencer looks too bright in game.

 

3ds Max render:

GIMS material settings that i use (note that i tried to reduce specularity to very low values but nothing works):

Can you describe it to me exactly ? 2 words answer is not enough. Anyway I dont think it has something to do with vertex coloring because in renderer it looks perfect.

yea..you need to edit the vertex color..in the modifier list choose vertex color..then fill your silenced vertex color with the same color as the gun model...
