The mysterious Green/white jet plane behind the Shamal on the Elitas Travel site looks like the Miljet with a different paintjob.

Drug related Icons are back, as well as Comedy Club, a curious Music related icon, as well as a Camera specific icon (Photo Ops returning from San Andreas?) along with a couple of others.


These icons were always there. The only new blips are the 2 flags and a tank.

Just going through a post SeawallTX made in the "What has 1.16 changed" topic, the Issi's internal name is issi2.

Same applies to Schafter and Feltzer, but those are both different from their IV counterparts so I'm going to assume that is why they're that way. But there was never another Issi, so why would this one be called issi2?

My guess:
I'm guessing the Bodhi was going to be the same situation as Franklin's Buffalo - Trevor has the bohdi2 which is slightly unique, and peds would've driven around in a different Bodhi (a ped does also drive a Bodhi in the first trailer, but I don't know if there's any differences). Same goes for the Issi; Tracy would have a slightly unique one (peds having a hardtop variant perhaps).

The hardtop Issi should've been in from the start. Looks much better. 

By the way, a classic Mini Cooper would be nice too, no?

I saw that the Mil-jet looked kind of familiar. So I did a search and found this image. Its on the website for Elitas Travel. And is that a beta Vestra plane behind the shamal? Everything was planned from the beginning.Shamal-GTAV-front.png

Don't forget about voodoo2 and taxi2. My guess is clean Voodoo and another Taxi variation.

Nice going with the page on Grand Theft Wiki, needs some information ported over from GTA Wiki too.

With regards to that, Mallard's beta name was Stunt, and the Injection was also called BF Injection before BF became its brand, but what's with FQ2 being called Lemniscate and Dominator being named Bullett? There's no source for the former, and I can't find the supposed Lifeinvader page either (even if it's true, I doubt they'd name it some similarly to an existing car - if anything, it might have been a screwup).

Most likely the "Bulett" thing was a screwup. The Lifeinvader post used to say Vapid Bulett but it has been changed to Vapid Dominator.

Upon closer inspection, that green plane is the same as seen behind the Shamal and besides the gas tank. However, it isn't a Miljet, unless it is an early one. The tail and the wings are clearly different, with a V shape the Miljet doesn't have. The Miljet could, though, be originated from its model.

But depedning on your choices in GTA IV, he might be dead. So I'm not sure why they would do that.

Anyway, remember the old beta icons from an early build of the game which featured additional side missions and content that got cut? Well Patch 1.16 includes an updated blip sheet for the game and take a look at what's returned...

That new bomb looks interesting, so is the Flare Gun. If those two DO make it into a DLC, I can't wait to reconstruct that one story about how Trevor killed someone for the first time with a flaregun to the eye.

That bomb looks high tech. It could be connected to the Zombie DLC(leaked by chrome X mods). And the flaregun could be connected to the Trevor DLC. (leaked by chrome X mods)

There's a big chance the flare gun could be connected to Trevor's DLC, since he told Lamar during Pack-Man that he killed a man with a flare gun to the eye when he first met Michael. So, it could probably link to his past. :)

You don't really need the changelog to prove that, just show them additions made to it that were in the trailer.

Hammerhead sharks, cats, pugs, 3D grass, overall better graphics, vehicle underglow etc.

I think he means the game was made alongside the console versions and not ported after it was done then increased some things. Well, you can say the build log mentions it. Ports are done after the game is completed, so if it were a port, no build log mention.

Reposting this from the Flight School DLC topic
 

I had a look through the DLC files and

  • There is a cut challenge called Escort Cargo (pic in the end)
  • Coquette Classic had some more modifications that were cut (there are two "coq2_null" files, no other vehicle has something like this suggesting that something was cut)
  • Maybe Hydra was planned because of Hover Mode.
0x03BFB292 = ~s~Press ~INPUT_VEH_FLY_VERTICAL_FLIGHT_MODE~ to toggle between hover mode and normal flight mode.
0xF492A7FD = Press ~INPUT_VEH_FLY_VERTICAL_FLIGHT_MODE~ to toggle vertical flight mode.

flight school dlc folder/xbox360/data/lang/americanDLC.rpf/dschool.gxt2 (first and last thing in the .gxt2 file)
Here's the "Escort Cargo" thing I mentioned, did not find anything else except for the image.
