My game is crashing right after i shoot a boat.

I don't know if it is because I kill the driver first, or if it explodes... I don't understand. I just have modded weapons but without any .asi mods or CLEO for them. I don't have any modified boats.

Could anyone help me?

Yes, my GTA is filled with mods BUT Don't worry. I have cars, textures, maps, CLEO and .asi mods...

The only problem is this one; the game barely crashes itself... I don't know why it happens. It's the same thing with the bike. when i shoot it or the pilot, the game crashes too. any other way to get into a bike like punchung the guy off and hoping to it, doesn't presents any problem. And yes, in the bikes, I do have mods. But with or without mods they also present problems, so it doesn't bothers me that much.
This is very, VERY upsetting.

Well it might be because some mod may be conflicting with other.Try removing all your mods & then put them one by one checking which mod is creating the problem. This might be lengthy but it's only the way.
