Hi! How to change the position of the hands with a script? I need to make iron sight similar in modern shooters for First Person Mod.
How to make by means of script? I only found it http://www.gtamoddin...title=Ped_Bones
I need a move hands left and up (to the camera, iron sight) and then back again.

Something like this:

Lesnikus - Bones are most used in Natural Motion and Skieletion Damage.

In GTA V - we can do that.

In GTA IV - no.

Why? Because GTA V have nice thing - move arm where we want.

GTA IV only in one moment use directly aiming - in Drive By. You must search there.

so you can GET their position, and the last bone damaged and things like that. There are a few functions that use them.

I just spent a good part of my day  trying to achieve an ADS mod without modifying animations, and I can tell you with a very high degree of certainty, that until someone fixes GTA4's animations, we wont be aiming down sights. The weapons are all held crooked.

Im not sure what Micheal means by "directly aiming" in Drive By, but even for drive-by's it uses animations.
The closest I've been able to get to controlling where a ped's bone is, was by using ATTACH_PED_TO_WORLD_PHYSICALLY. and that just locks it in place in the world.

There is also ATTACH_PED_TO_OBJECT_PHYSICALLY, which might allow you to move the ped (in ragdoll mode) by a bone, but every time I've tried to use it, it glitches and both my ped and object disappear.
