Speccy's Town is a total conversion for GTA Vice City. It will introduce a wide variety of modifications to the game, that range from replacing the existing vehicles and weapons, to establishing an entirely new setting, protagonist and story.
- New island (currently planned to be roughly the size of x5 Starfish Island)

- High quality models and textures for all map objects
- High quality/variety/density of vegetation
- Mip-mapped textures
- Prelit (left until final stage)
- New mission script (left until final stage)
- Player character model
- Vehicles planned (real manufacturers)
- High definition Weapon models
- Pedestrian and vehicle paths
- Health system CLEO (visual damage & ability to heal)
- Retouched handling.cfg for all vehicles
- New timecycle
- New animations
- Sound modifications for vehicles and weapons (no new radio stations)
I shall only release certain vehicles that i have converted, granted i have permission from the original authors.
Although most models are entirely made from scratch, I have made use of some models (and generic objects) from GTA: Project Liberty, GTA III HD, and 2-3 vegetation models from Vice Cry 1.7. I must credit the respective authors of the projects I have mentioned for their exceptional work, as well as Rockstar Games for making all this possible.
