I just found my first one ever on the street, not sure if I should keep it, or just keep on moving?

I don't get why people keep cars just because they're "rare",keep it or don't keep it based on whether you like it or not,who cares what the 12 year olds on this forum think! :)

It spawns very rarely.

Honestly keep it because it's a great sedan, with tons of customization options.

Because I could potentially sell it for money later.

Do you like it? Do You want it? Do You need it? Will You use it?

If you answered yes to any of those, keep it, otherwise onto the next.

To be honest, I don't think I've seen one freely, seen a couple as a PV though.

It's nothing special though anyway, used to hate having to play as Michael and drive his car in SP.

Despite how rare it is, there's a reason not people have one, just isn't a very good car in general, it's pretty generic.

It's rare and slow as sh*t.

If you like cruising, keep.

If you want your buddies to complete missions before you even reach the objective, don't keep it.

I decided to get one for Simeon yesterday, golf course parking lot. Usually I get something else off the list but I thought I'd give it a test drive. Drives nice, didn't really care for the look (though I didn't look at all the customisation). One of the better payments from Simeon.

It's rather easy to get one of these if you check the tennis court down by the beach, lad. Not sure it is worth having to be perfectly frank with you.

No one's gonna give me a million dollars for a freebee off the streets. But some super rare like Michael's car? People are willing to pay REAL money for that sh*t, lol.

honestly the only thing good it has going for it is that it has a few cool customization options

overall it's low top speed, has decent handling, and is real slow off the line

It took me over an hour but I found one yesterday after going back and forth from the Golf course to the movie lot. My new character Agent Smith has a collection of 4 door cars and this is one I definitely wanted.

The only down side to this car is that when I hop the fence with it to steel a jet, it really slows down while going up the dirt hill. Sometimes I don't make it over the fence the first try with this car and have to try again.

It's fun to drive though as when some see it they flip out 'cause they want one.

I only have one as bait. I will get it out from time to time and then go fit a ignition bomb. Park it outside LSC and wait. :) Yeah its one of the rarer cars but definitely not one of the better cars IMO.

I just found my first one ever on the street, (500 something hours of playing) not sure if I should keep it, or just keep on moving?

When I found mine, I was so excited! I customized and swore devotion to it forever! Then I realized, it was rough in races... a bit of the tail-happy.

So, I got a Fugitive and tested it against the Tailgater. Handling, traction, and speed simply outperformed in the Fugitive over it, so i sold the TG, with some trepidation.

Now, I don't miss the TG at all and love the Fugitive like a son. Cheers! ;)

(ps. this was my TG):

Only spawns when Simeon bugs you for it.

I love it.

Now if only I could glitch my character to be Michael forever....

EDIT: also calling bull on Ingot and Stratum being faster than Tailgater. That's a lie. Those sedans are practicalt minivans. Also my Schafter stinks just saying.

Tailgater is extremely slow compared to all the others.  It's a fact, and the acceleration is crap too.  I understand why you like it, I'm not saying to get rid of it, as it looks great, but the performance is awful.  The Stainer is actually a good version of the Tailgater, because it has good handling, and much better top speed and acceleration.  It just has lack of customization options.

The Schafter is faster than the Stainer, but the handling is not as good, but it looks better and has customization options, making it my favorite Sedan, and arguably the best sedan in the game, as the handling might not be the best, but it depends who is behind the wheel.

The Tailgater is so slow that it's not even a good mission car, that's the problem, which is why a user stated above that they hated that it was Michael's PV.  The performance is really bad.  It's only loved by many due to its rarity and appearance.  I have one in my second garage, not in my main garage with my main character.

Actually the only sedan worse than the Tailgater is the Emperor lol.

Schafter, Surge and Fugitive are the best.

And the Asea is crap. Crappitty crappy crap. The worst. The Tailgater is somewhere in the middle.

In a straight line, Surge first, Asea last.

That's BS. I've done tons of missions with my Tailgater and I get there quick enough.

Asea has terrible handling but it's quick enough.  The surge is good though due to it being electric, it has great acceleration.

What I said is clearly an exaggeration.

Must you exaggerate then? It's not that slow. It can keep up or outrun other sedans.

Seriously. Of course it's not THE fastest. I own a Schafter and an Intruder for that. It just so happens to be a good all-around car. I've evaded buzzards and Adderfreaks with it.

EDIT: I mean if I wanted to have a really fast 4-seater car I'll just get a coupe instead, you know.

It can't outrun a Schafter or a Primo.

Dude, the Intruder is also slow, wut
