It just sucks trying to shower and fighting to wash your back because the width of your back. So I made it my goal that if I get back into the swing of things, I'll go for more lean and fit than mass.

 

I had a friend who used only the Bowflex a few years back and he was in excellent shape. Thought about just buying of those machines, something that has muscle resistance but nothing freakishly heavy that would build muscle at an alarming rate.

3 days a week and I lift weights. I'm trying to put size on so I'm lifting heavy for my height atm. I do a 3 day split, on Monday I do biceps and chest. Wendesday I do legs, and chest again and Thursday I do triceps, shoulders and bit of biceps. The rest of the days I eat and eat and sleep.
