Also, do you have a limit on how many? Do you delete if they shoot you on occasion? :)

I add someone as a friend if they're friendly (don't KOS) if I drive past them for some time. Also I will try and become friends with low rankers to help them rank up & get some money..

I add everyone who asks... except if they are complete idiots. Not in the manner of being assholes who destroy your gameplay, but like who don't know things. And you have to have adequate English. If you go all "¿me agregue como amigo" on me, I won't add you, sorry.

If someone shot me and they were my friend, I'd shoot them back. If they continued to shoot me the next time we met up, then I would delete them.

1.  Be lucky enough to play in the same room.

2.  Don't be a douche nozzle all over the room.

3.  If you're working a job or racing with me, use your microphone.

4.  IF you're cool from there, good or bad player I care less, you're in.

5.  If I don't end up playing again with you within 2 weeks....BAI

I don't accept random requests. My PSN friends, whom I don't personally know, have been add after successfully doing missions. with them. If I like the way they play, I usually send an invite or vice versa.

I'm a legit lvl 85, with no glitch money, so I also tend to stay away from lvl 200 and above. Or from lvl 15 with chrome adders.

Turn everyone down unless they are a friend of a friend so when in a party/game together I don't shoot them

Silly question, how did the original friends become friends mate?

mostly this, and instead of that five I'd say 5. that we had a good time playing or chatting together regardless of what we did. Conversely, being a douche or saying brah / nigga / fag at the end of every partial thought get's you added to the blocked list through PSN. Ain't nobody got time for dat.

I'm also more on the selective side. I have some rl friends that suck but most of the friends I have are because they make things happen * or are cool on the mic.

I don't accept random in free roam if we have not killed together, I seem to get the most invites in survival/missions.

I don't really send other people friend requests. But when people send me a friend request, I usually accept because I feel like a jerk if I decline it. So, if you send the friend request first, I accept.

I usually won't accept friend requests from children. They tend to spam party invites, get excited and scream into my ear, and theres not much they can say I can relate to. I do have a few younger friends but they tend to be perma muted.

I never accept friend requests from people. I keep my friends list with people I know, unless I'm cool with a crew member.

Heck, the only Xbox Live friend I don't know in real life is a leader of a crew I was invited to.

Also I will try and become friends with low rankers to help them rank up & get some money..

I tried this the other day, it was me and 2 low ranked guys on a server, level 5 and 7... so i ride up on lvl 5 honking in a stolen Lamborghini (forgot the games name for the car). he sat still so i got out of the car and put my gun away and attempted to give a salute to show i was no harm. i was going to offer him the car, instead he ran me over til i died...

never again....

On topic: i dont accept friend requests. i dont trust people enough.

-No one under 18

-must not be some childish tagname I'd be embarrassed to repeat in public (dicklong, urmomcheecks, nutzillacracka...)

-cannot contain the words swag, yolo, fml...in any form or fashion.

-cannot belong to some stupid crime family....no Gotti, Gambino, mafioso...

-must not ask me to change my gamertag and cannot have done the same for some stupid game.

Real life friends= OK

Crew= OK (unless ASSHAT)

Kills me 20 times and sends friend request so they can follow me and do it again = No! You lame ASSHAT!

If you wear a mask for anything other than robbing a store = No. (Masks and Clowns give me the creeps)

Swag/Yolo = don't even ask

So you understand mexican but if a mexican tries to befriend you you turn them down...?

----

For me it's doing a minimum of two co-op missions together and if I like the way they handle themselves. Level doesn't matter -- infact I have more respect for low levels if we're in a mission and they die off quickly but have the patience to sit through the rest of the mission. Leaving straight away is for the weak.

I've made a few great PSN buddies in the last couple of months just through doing lots of missions together -- no mic, rarely texting -- just understanding eachother's actions.

--- Also, like most heavy-frequent V.online, white male Western comfortable-with-their-hetero gamers my 2nd avatar is female -- and let me tell ya - the female gets A LOT more random friend requests. I guess the machismo-dominated countries don't understand the idea that a guy could play a girl.
