On the rare occasion that I eat them I like them scrambled and drowned in ketchup, I'm not a big fan of eggs though.

Relevant.

I prefer my eggs nonexistent, because I don't like eggs.

Looking forward to hearing how all of your egg breakfasts turn out in the morning. How many eggs are you going to eat? I've heard men are supposed to avoid eating eggs every day because of health problems such as diabetes and heart disease.

Also, to the people who don't like eggs, I'd like to know why not?

The smell of boiled eggs makes my stomach upset. I do like scrambly eggs though with cheese.

I like my eggs over medium, with a side of cut up hot dogs or steak mixed with salsa. Or, if I have English muffins, and sausage patties, I'll go ahead and make my own mcmuffin!! Screw paying 3 dollars for two! I can go ahead and make four for the same price!!

Because it's reminiscent of eating a cooked fart.

Scrambled with hot sauce over them, Tabasco's the best for 'em. Otherwise over-easy with toast.

Hot sauce is quite good on eggs or nearly anything really, but regular Tabasco I've always found a bit lacking. Tabasco Habanero is quite good, I recommend trying it if you haven't already.

How many eggs can you all hold safely in one hand? This is a competition. You must take pictures. Video would almost guarantee you win.

To all suggesting that eggs taste of sulfur - you've had both unfresh and overcooked eggs. Give 'em another shot! A softyoke benny, for god's sake, one of god's gifts to us.

Eggs make some people fart out sulfur, though.

May try poached eggs after picking up a new trick (don't usually cook eggs, especially poached) - fill small pan up with water above the egg rings, medium heat until small bubbles start happening (don't boil), put eggs in and turn off..cover with lid and check it after a while.

I shall see how it goes, any bets on them turning out sh*t?

You can't hold a egg and crush it in your hands. Many probably know this, but if you didn't, try it. Pretty cool.

Otter, I agree with you but can we make a forum rule that referring to a Benedict as a Benny results in an immediate 1 week ban on first offense ?

I'm don't like eggs very much, but I prefer them (hard) boiled. They are almost never gross to me when they are cooked this way.

I like Balut too!

As for standard hen eggs, it really depends - I like over easy if I'm eating them with meat or on top of a hash, or poached for an eggs benedict, omelets, or hard-boiled if I'm eating them on their own.

If it's on a Denny's menu, it's automatically proper English.

Fried or Soft boiled, with hot sauce or crushed chilies. The only time I'll eat hard boiled eggs is when they're in a salad or something, or in Chinese food etc.

I'm not too crazy about eggs though, I very rarely eat it and almost never for breakfast.

I like dippy eggs. I guess you call them Sunnyside up? Get that runny yolk and some toast, and eat the egg whites after. :^:

Second choice is hard-boiled, and then scrambled with some veggies and meat and cheese mixed in. I've never had this "soft-boiled" crap I keep hearing about.

I thought dippy eggs were soft-boiled?

And 'sunnyside up' is just fried?

Know your eggs, woman.

Because you can't get that sweet sweet balut? Seriously though, if you can get passed the fact that you're eating a half-formed duck fetus, the taste is like a hardboiled egg and chicken soup. So good.

Nope, you won't ever get me past that stage I'm afraid. But then our national cuisine consists of sheeps intestines and deep-fried Mars Bars, so each their own I guess!
