I have had an Exemplar for ages now - great car.   I don't know why people think it's ugly - I think it looks very refined and understated - especially compared to most other cars in GTA.

I always call mine out for heists if I know trip skip will be unavailable, or if we just don't want to use trip skip.  Fastest way to get 4 players from A to B without calling in an aircraft.

Don't have any pics of mine, but it's a green/yellow flip.

I also think the Felon is a great car - another of my favourites, even if I'm alone.   The amount of people I've outrun in freemode in supers with this thing... they go crashing into a wall and I'm long gone.

Sorry for the mild necro, but I had to add my Exemplar to this thread.
My Baby, I've have this car FOREVER. 2nd favourite car in the game.

This shouldn't be a a forgotten thread or car, get your pics up and appreciate this beautiful vehicle.

Thanks, I`m gonna steal it, because I have been looking for a recreation of the AMR myself.

I've always really liked the Dewbauchee's probably because i'm a big admirer of Aston Martins in the real world. I've only recently started expanding my car collection though & adding a Dewbauchee was high on my list, i saw a thread asking what people's favorite was & started trying them out.

I saw a lot of votes for the rapid gt, and since i thought it was a nice looking car i started there....and was shocked how badly it understeered, anything but the mildest corners and you need to slow right down, go very wide, and wrestle it around. Disappointed, i moved on, yet the Massacro also suffers from the same understeer problem although to lesser extents than the GT. The Seven 70 i wasnt sure about at first, but once i got used to it, taking it around a few favorite tracks, i liked it a lot and got some good times with it.

Then i remembered the Exemplar, i'd forgotten the car even existed, I was getting lap times in that which were matching the stock specter, it looks good in that distinctive aston style, sounds good, and doesn't suffer from horrible understeer. I finished my testing last night & so i will be buying my Exemplar later.

I think it's a real shame that R* gave the line this understeer issue, the GT in particular could be a great car if not for that, especially since i don't really like the styling of the Massacro. I saw a video by peecarnoo, and they bashed the front into a barrier 2-3 times and it actually performed a LOT better, it solved a lot of the understeer and it was going round laps seconds faster than an undamaged GT. R* won't revisit the GT of course, but it would be nice if R* fixed it.

I'll try and get some pics sorted

Correction...after some more testing I should say that out of the GT, Seven 70, and Massacro...the Seven 70 is the most usable, it just has a few quirks it takes a little getting used to. Once I did get used to them I actually prefer it & think its a more fun and rewarding car to drive than the Massacro

So I'm also gonna be buying one as well as my Exemplar, my two Dewbauchees will take pride of place on the first floor of my exec garage.

Got a bit caught up with other stuff last night but I'll take some pics of my Exemplar later & probably post them tomorrow

This post was originally complaining about the lack of a spoiler for the exemplar. There are people saying the Zion is out ahead as the best choice for the coupe class.

So I actually decided to put the Zion and exemplar head to head. I saw a Zion driving around so I jacked it & put it in my garage. Then timed my runs with both cars on 3 tracks, which covered corner intensive to long straits and a middle ground track...and the exemplar came out ahead on all three. Then I put a spoiler on & did the same again & while the difference was smaller, the exemplar still came out ahead.

I ran both cars stock, the only addition was the spoiler added to the Zion in the second round of testing.

I will say that the Zion is the easier car to get good times with in a corner heavy track, but it's not like the Exemplar is tough to get to grips with. If you take a little time to learn its quirks, it's a strong choice to race with in the coupe class, and IMO it's a better looking car than the Zion, with more character, and nobody would disagree that it's the best sounding car in coupe's.
