It is normal that I drink caffeine every day (I do it since 10 years old), sometimes smoking cigarettes or someday even gonna begin to smoke a couple times per day and I'm only 14?

When you mean caffeine, I'm guessing you mean coffee or cola. If it is one of those, then yeah it's kinda normal. Nothing really strange about that. I don't drink coffee, but I do tend to drink a good amount of cola, just not really on a daily basis.

Well it's not exactly healthy, but you're not a crazy outlier. I'd recommend quitting it all while you're still growing.

I mean energy drinks. Mostly, I drink Red Bull.

You shouldn't worry about what's normal. There's a lot of stuff that people consider normal that I would never do and a lot they consider abnormal that I do. Your concern should be health related. From that perspective it's not healthy and you should quit.

Nah, my parents don't let me smoke and they don't know that I do it sometimes. I have a few friends, whose parents let them smoke. About the energy drinks, they let me drink them how much, wherever and whenever I want.

I started smoking when I was 15 and I stopped September 2012. It's one of my biggest regrets in life. Just quit that sh*t. I've been going to the gym sincethen  to get healthy and it feels GEEEEEWD.

I wouldn't recommend drinking it daily, but it's normal for someone your age to drink a small amount of soda or other caffeinated drinks. Energy drinks are filled with too much caffeine. Way more than just 5 cans of Coca-Cola a day

Smoking? Not really. There are a few people at a young age that smoke, but it's obviously a bad hit to your health and body, so I think it's best if you try to quit that as soon as possible.

Just do as you want. It's your life. Studies have shown that smoking when your still growing is good for you. It will make your lungs stronger, and it also makes your day better. Never let anyone tell you what do to or what to not do.

Just look at me, I smoked my first pack when I was six, and now I'm internet-famous here on the forums.

Its abnormal for a teen down here to have not tried caffiene as far as cola or tea or energy drinks. And believe it or not, quite a number of kids in my school not only smoke, but they smoke pot. Unsurprising to me.

Caffeine affects children\teenagers the same way it affects adults. Just make sure to drink plenty of water on the side. I think you can get dehydrated if you get your water supply only from sodas and energy drinks.

As for smoking, you might want to quit that while you still can. I used to smoke from a very young age (on and off, since the age of 7), and while I may indulge in a smoke or two from time to time (or even an entire pack, shared with a friend), I have basically quit smoking a long time ago. I promised myself that I will never get addicted to anything.

Is it normal in real life? No. Is it a normal thing to claim on GTA Forums? Yes.

You sound like everyone I knew back when I was 14. It's not very healthy for you though.

Normality in this particular instance is irrelevant, at fourteen you should be focused on growing stronger not intentionally damaging your body, for that reason I'd suggest that you stop.

Quit smoking, or one day you'll wake up wondering why you're buying two packets of a day.

I will never understand why kids nowadays start smoking cigarettes. We're lucky enough to grow up in a time where we know cigarettes are bad. Plus there is absolutely nothing appealing about it. Smells like sh*t and gives you cancer.

I remember those days. I remember I smoked a couple of cigarettes whilst my dad was away at work. He came back early and caught me. On that occasion, he made me smoke five packets with over 10 cigarettes in each and an ass wooping followed soon after.

Anyway, OP - I first began smoking at the age of 9 and it became highly addictive. Although you may think you are cool and that you've "grown" up, it's horrible. Thank god I gave it up.

This is why my generation is going to fail. A lot of people think it's cool and "swag" to smoke cigarettes. The things people will do to be popular... I'm NEVER touching that.

Certainly a trap no previous generations fell into.

What are you talking about?! When I started smoking cigarettes I instantly felt a change. My balls felt weird. Later, my doctor told me that the feeling was caused by the swag. My swag had started to grow because I was smoking cigarettes.
