Gang 9 & 10 Coding Help Please

Hey all I have a question.I recently looked up coding for Gangs 9 and 10 and I followed all the steps and every thing but every time I go to the area where I put the gangs the game crashes.So what am I doin wrong with the cleo script? I have Us 1.0 Exe so thats not the problem.
