Well this year sure is off to a great f*cking start. I can't believe this.

He was Shredder, damn it. He can't die. My childhood...

Ah bummer. And of all Eves to pass away on. His family certainly won't be celebrating any new years so fondly anymore.

RIP

It really gets when people die on an event or holiday such as New Year or Christmas. Because It's like this permanent scar on you for the rest of the future of that event.

My uncle passed away on Christmas two years ago. We still celebrate and remember him every time. But it won't be the same for other people.

2013 was just f*cking awful.

Man, that sucks. Rest In Peace, James Avery. The worst part is when he died. For his family, New Years will no longer be the same.

Him and the rest of the banks family were hilarious in FPOBA. He was a wonderful person in general in real life as well. My condolensces with his family.

By far the worst death news I've heard since Michael Jackson, RIP he was an amazing actor, not just in the Fresh Prince of Bel Air though.

He will be missed.

I felt that Uncle Phil went without question. Since most people don't even call him James. Just Uncle Phil. That's how popular that character is.

But yeah, I remember him fondly as both.

Not to ruin anything, but he was actually 68 when he died. He was an amazing part of Fresh Prince!

So sad to see him go. :(

Yeah, some sites said 68 and others 65. So I was a bit confused. I felt saying "65/68" in the title would be very silly. So, sorry if it was wrong, heh.
