Don't double post.

What do you mean by "best"? You need to be more specific before anyone can help you.

Headset with a mic? I have Gioteck EX-05 headset, not the best but works with PS3, Xbox and PC.

If You want better get something from Turtle Beach, like Ear Force PX3.

Each of us has different listening preferences, so your best may not be my best, and my best may not be someone else's best.

Best option would to be to first set a budget.

Then look the brand you heard it was good and look at their products.

List the ones you want and then look at website reviews. Don't take user reviews too seriously, if 1 or 2 person say this product sucks, it's either they got a defective one or don't know how to use it properly. You can't expect a el cheapo mic ($10 bucks) to have the same quality as a mic that cost more ($70+), it's just not possible. Sadly some user will give like 1 or 2 star reviews based on this.
