Imagine calibrating it to go to North Yankton from 10 years ago (in-game story). The perfect North Yankton teleport mod.

That's a great idea!

 

However, incorrect to the movie. The DeLorean can't teleport, it just warps to the same position to the time it was set to.

That's a great idea!

Still, with a tiny bit of lore disregard, it could work that way. Heck, I'm sure there'll be plenty of standalone button-press Yankton teleport mods, anyway.

Steamworks, Steamworkshop, Modding tools, Dedicated servers ( maybe rent them as well ) , and fully fledged PC controls and graphical settings would make me buy it instantly. Otherwise I'd wait until after it's released and see people opinions on it.

Well lotsa added cars/planes and weapons would be nice, hopefully there isn't a limit to how many cars you can add like there was in IV (all the cars from V + IV/EFLC + recreations of 3d era cars + real cars...). It'll be cool to see a functional Osprey in V.

Would be nice if a lot of people get interested in scripting for V and we get some nice mission mods.

 

Map mods: really just a town up north would be good - have some reason to drive up there. Other obvious suggestion would be add Liberty City, or even 3D era maps. Also maybe change how the mountains are, the mountains' 'ribs' are pretty annoying to navigate through.

 

Vehicle mechanics: Removal of instant car explosions from falling, instant death from landing too high on a bike, lower/remove force it takes to get wheels stuck and complete removal of helicopter wobble.

this time....

 

people need to do a lil research or stop throwing that word around when they dont know what it even means....we're getting a dedicated pc version this time...if you want to know more..just go to the pc discussion or look through my posts.

 

for mods i want

 

- gta iv car damage merged with the new car damage system from v

 

- active police patrols....random police patrols are nonexistent as is in the console version

 

- i want to be able to kill/break the law without having cops on my arse in an instant...console version is rubbish when it comes to this, so i want more a more lax star system.

 

-  depending on how good/bad textures are in the vanilla version...i want a true hd pack...not resharpened textures...but a true hd pack

 

game will be dx11 this time....& already has great lighting/pc version will undoubtedly have quality ssao...possibly hbao...so i dont really see enb being all that beneficial unless you choose to run at dx9 or want to change the ambiance of the game

Sorry if I come off as an asshole, but how about you actually explain instead of trying to redirect me like some f*cking support technician on the phone?

 

Why isn't it going to be a port? Are you trying to say they have a native PC version developed (like with Max Payne 3) and are just waiting to release it? What's you're point here?

There is no doubt Rockstar will release a PC version. They always do with GTA.

 

Don't even try bringing up Red Dead Redemption. Totally different.

Yeah, well, those "silly mods "ruined" GTA IV for about 5 years now. And look how lively and popular the game is thanks to those "silly mods" that "ruin the game". 

 

it's personal preference. I prefer a vanilla game with only the Simple native trainer. Nothing more. Nothing less. That's how I played IV, that's how I'll play V (hopefully).

Regardless of all the if/whens/what on the PC version's production,  I'd like to see

 

-SNTrainer

-RL vehicles again with proper fitting mods upgradable in LSC.

-Be able to change ped behavior - run away too easy

-Be able to change vehicle handling

-Be able to drive the train

-Alien-invasion mod like BloodIsInDiamond said

-Able to put cops in cars/on foot on the street again!

-Stop cops/heli spawning out of thin air when wanted

-Fix cars disappearing when you're back is turned and only 20+feet away!
