Since this isn't going anywhere, a more interesting question is going to happen.
When you get into bed, what is your routine for actually falling asleep? Do you watch tv and leave it on? Read a book? Jack off?
Personally, I usually get into bed turn my TV on look through on what to watch - usually family guy/Big bang theory/ god knows what else. Maybe check my Nexus for Steam/FB and then set my alarm on my clock and go to bed. Watch TV for about an hour and then usually put my timer on tv to turn off in 30 minutes.
