Wow bro great creativity but was city/state is Brightwell based on?...because every GTA fictional cities are based on real-life cities except the London games back in 1999 which were real-life
Plus you need to change that GTA logo because it the 3D Era logo and the GTA logo for the HD Era games are abit updated

Brightwell isn't based off of anything, It's a fictional city

Currently I'm working on the Vehicles section. It has a lot of vehicles :) I've put 127 vehicles on the list already.. and I'm gonna put a lot more

Great work bro,but tbh if Rockstar actual use this as a spinoff it will be great.but Britwell is a fictional american state yeah? If so cool because i think GTA is not leaving U.S even though they it did with the London games back in 1999...hope it for next-gen too and share some gameplay mechanics with GTA 5.

Looks not bad, but I don't like mixing 3D-universe's vehicles with GTA V's vehicles. I prefer using some IV's, EFLC's and V's vehicle with some new. :)

Grand Theft Auto: Brightwell has an unique gameplay. It will have lots of activities to keep you interested for years.

Radar

There are different variations of the Radar, for different cars.

On foot, you do not have an radar. However, you can use your phone GPS to lead you.

Cheap Radar

Most cheap cars do not have an GPS. However, some do, or you can buy one yourself for $215. Also, if you buy an used car, there is a chance of it having the cheap radar.

The Cheap Radar will look like this.

yO1ngrl.png

All Radars have the health & armor bar below them. The health bar still appears even if you do not have an radar.

As you can see, the Cheap Radar is sloppily done. You can place waypoints on the map and see them, but there will be no GPS route. You can still see police on this radar, but not their search zone.

Middle-class Radar

This is an more expensive radar. It is a lot better than the Cheap radar, having more features. This comes on all Sedans except the Bravura. This also is on all Coupes, Compacts and Sports vehicles except the 1978 Comet and Elegy G-R69, which has the Expensive radar. If you wish, you can remove the radar and replace it with a better one. Mission markers will always give you the Middle-class radar or Expensive radar, no matter what car you are in. This radar costs $500.

The radar looks like this.

Bp9dZoQ.png

Expensive radar

This is the best radar you can get in the state of Brightwell! It will cost $1000. It has an GPS route, voiced GPS (optional) and it comes on all Super cars and you can even find them on some Sports cars.

It will look like this.

You can buy the..

iFruit 7IX

IFruit_1.jpg

-Fruit Game Store

-Snapmatic

GTA: Brightwell has 6 wanted stars.

The wanted stars will appear by the left side of the radar.

What the cops do between 1-6 Wanted Stars

At 1 Wanted Star, they will try to arrest you. They usually chase you on foot, or if you're not on foot, with the Cruiser.

You can get 1 Wanted Star by..

-Killing civilians

-Stealing car in sight of cops or letting them hear alarm if the car is fitted with one.

-Hitting Cop Car on purpose (Without braking)

-Robbing stores

-Boarding Taxi or Train without money.

At 2 wanted stars, the cops will shoot you. They chase you with Cruisers.

You can get 2 wanted stars by..

-Shooting Cops

-Killing many people at a time

-Destroying a lot of vehicles

-Resisting arrest

-Destroying Fuel Pumps

-Extended time of chase on 1 star

-Drinking and Driving

At 3 wanted stars, the police will chase you in cruisers, and they will send helicopters. Helicopters will NOT shoot. The police will set up roadblocks.

You get 3 wanted stars by...

-Extended time of chase as 2 stars

-Killing cops

-Killing even more civilians, destroying vehicles, etc.

At 4 wanted stars, the police will stop chasing you but the cops will still set up roadblocks with Spikes, and they will now shoot on the helicopters. FIB will chase you instead, and they will use SMGs. There are also snipers on rooftops.

You obtain 4 stars by..

-Breaking into Military Base (Army will chase instead of FIB then)

-Entering Airport Airspace without hangar bought

-Extended time of chase on 3 stars

-Continuing to cause damage (Killing, destroying cars)

At 5 stars,  you will have Spike roadblocks set up, FIB will chase you, Mavericks will not chase you anymore and they are replaced with Buzzard Attack Helicopters.

You obtain 5 stars by..

-Robbing a Bank

-Extended time on 4 stars

-Continuing to cause damage (Killing, destroying vehicles..)

At 6 stars, there are more Spike roadblocks. The Army will now chase you with Rhinos, LAZERs & Hydras, and Buzzard Lethal Attack Helicopters join in the chase as well.

You obtain 6 stars by..

-Extended time on 5 stars

-Attempting to break onto the other island when it's locked

-Continuing to cause damage.

I love your ideas except for the wanted level,GTA 5's Five star will be the wanted stars for future GTAs and openworld games.i.e GTA 5 and Watch-dogs have 5 star wanted level and they are the first to do that except Watch dogs is out next year so GTA 5 is the first to do it.I think any future GTAs or GTA 6 will use an evolve version of GTA 5 wanted system and the cone detections, remember GTA 5 is using an evolve version of the Wanted system GTA 4 brought to the genre(series) 5 years ago

Very good and creative idea. I love the idea of a new location that has multiple different islands and it isn't based on real-life location, so the points of interests and other locations are free to design.

You should have ability to aim at people's head and throw the phone to that place so their head breaks! The 5-Star Headshot!

There is one playable character in GTA:BW. However, there are lots of other story characters.

Mike McCarthy

Mike McCarthy is the one playable character. He is broke but during the storyline, he does a series of heists and jobs, getting him a lot of cash.

Lester Crest

The same Lester from GTA V. He will help you set up heists.

Martha McCarthy

Martha McCarthy is Mike's mom. She is still alive, but she is only mentioned.

Clitter Box

Clitter Box is a job boss. He will give you the first missions. He loves cats very much, hence his name, cLITTER BOX.

Packie McReary

You will be able to hire McReary as a gunman for heists.

Karim Denz

Karim Denz is an hirable driver for heists.

Rickie Lukens

Rickie, who used to work at LifeInvader in Los Santos, has moved to Brightwell, hoping to get more money. He can be hired for heists.

Paige Harris

Hirable hacker for heists.

More info coming soon!

However, there are lots of other story characters.

If I bought an entirely new game, I'd expect an entirely new cast, wouldn't you? Why not replace the cardboard cut out crew members with characters of your own to compliment your protagonist?

No Disrespect OP but most of these elements/gameplay mechanics/Characters are a Copy-and Paste from GTA 5,plus the GTA Logo for the HD Era games are updated and indent, and that a 3D Era GTA Logo. There is no Originality at all (dont get me wrong,it a great thread at first)but if Rockstar was to Actualise a Fan-made GTA Concept into a GTA Game, this wouldnt see the Light of Day.NO insult or Offense Bro,Just Saying.I have seen like 1ml of the same GTA Concept art and i am tired.Hopefully a Future GTA game or even GTA 6 takes place in Vice City or a new city

I respect your topic except for one thing: story and characters. Seems like your story is a repetition of GTA V's and so much unnecessary characters are coming back from it. I'd like to see old characters taking role or making appearances in a GTA game but only if it's well-ficted. After GTA V has come out, I've spotted several fan concepts which revolve around carrying heists with Lester being the organizer again (just like V). This is a total repetition of GTA V with different settings and few different characters. I suggest you to sit on a chair, brainstorm and fict a story with only necessary crossovers/returns. This'd be better.
