First off, I requested an image 3 days ago. Here, I am asking for help. I didn't know if asking for help/a tutorial would need to follow the 4-day rule, but if it does, simply inform me and I can wait until proper time has passed for it. Else, the question is pretty simple.
My friends image has what I'm asking about, but he's unable to help me:
Basically, I want to have it set up so that like in that image, there is kind of this template. Like how theres a picture in the first panel, and it's cut off by the border to that, and then in the next panel theres another picture, and finally a third. How could I go about creating something like this with multiple images?

Pretty simple, there may an arsenal of ways to go about doing it. But to me, I'll go with:

First, make a shape, or create a rectangle and you can either slice it down to whatever shape you desire or simply distort it.

Second, open an image, place the image over the shape and right-click the image in the layer menu and select Create Clipping Mask, then will apply the image to the shape.

and boom, your image is applied to the shape below. This works on shapes, brushes, etc.

I would suggest making your shapes first .. like in the banner you've provided, there was three. I'd make the three first, then apply the images as masks to each shape you desire. Then once you apply the images as masks, then you can add layer styles to each shape layer, such as Stroke for a border, or whatever you come up with.
