| Steve Jobs has confirmed that they are working on new iPods, with an S. So it looks like all the models will be getting a refresh. He also said that some of them will be running OS X (like the iPhone). They've struck some large deals in the flash industry so that tells us a few things.|
All models will be flash based (probably up to 36GB)?
iPod + OS X = wifi enabled with Safari?
Leaking info in june = August release? Most likely, considering their history.
The earliest you're going to see new iPods is mid-September, because they're not going to come out during the middle of the back to school "Buy a Mac and get a free nano" deal. Also, I doubt they'll be all flash based because even 32GB is really expensive, while there are now 120GB 1.8'' drives.
