Wanted to post this in a Rate A Song, but it's good enuff to go here as well. Rock Bottom is much like Freebird in that it's that much better as a live track, not to slight the original studio effort though. It stands out like a Stairway to Heaven in that it's extra long anthem style

Been digging to some more of Metallica's best hits. It's from the Ride of Lightning album and currently my LSS.

And 2 hours of non-stop Metallica greatness.

You wouldn't believe how long I had to go without Metallica to appreciate them again, it got to be overkill from all their exposure and success, I was diggin' on em when Ride the Lightning first came out, and of course, a fan of Megadeth as well.

I'm worshiping the deity that is LEM

Oh, and the Grammy goes to....

Found this, among a great many other YouTube treats no one could ever find before the advent of YouTube!

Markwey, was going to dedicate a rate a song above selection to you, but I always forget things I thought of while offline!

I recently stumbled upon XOD free music from 1983's US Festival, put on by the one, the only STEVE WOZNIAK. Woz has already said that despite losing money on that massive concert, he still yearns to do another one!! Here's to hoping he can pull it off!

I downloaded, as I was saying, Triumph's classic Magic Power, my personal favorite perhaps?!

Oh, and this song/album;

http://musicmp3.ru/a...-innocence.html

Track 9, if Dirt Were Dollars I wanted to put on the Rate The Song topic, but you can only find it on a Russian site as the whole album, not found on YT. Someone got one song from the entire album up, but most are pulled over Rights issues.

Report of the Wall inspiring event, 77

Someone should bump the PF topic here, I'll add to it, when they do

It's funny to me I got banned so many times for going anywhere or any bit off topic and people are still here regardless, flaming each other over difference of opinion. It's hard to cope when someone disagrees with you, I know. But that's a fact of life as well, we have to manage better.

Aside from that, On Topic of course, Mudman since I don't have my PF CD collection, YouTube is still my MUST HEAR IT NOW, GO TO SOURCE for tunez! haha

Whole prior soundtrack album, More, directed by Barbet Schroeder who also did La Vallee

Anytime an embed window goes black, or white, no still, it's a good bet your vid was pulled and you need to update. I might make that a mission for my old posts since it seems you can still edit them! hahaha

(I checked the above, and it did play after a moment of black)

I'm wondering who is hating on these girls trying to play electric guitar? We need many more to even the odds....

't' performed live in concert, only 1 person invited to be there and witness it and the concert was broadcast live on the internet for everyone else to watch. Performed in a secret location.

They seem to be airing that one a lot on VH1 Classic and Palladia TV channels, odd. I'm enjoying UFO live from Don Kirshnir's old 70s showcase, wish I had the whole set of that on DVD!!

Michael Schenker honing his chops and probably only about 20 years old here! He was already playing with a band at 15!

What's more disturbing is your Joan Collins signature Gif. HAHAHA

Since I posted a bootleg quality Joe Walsh version in the Rate a Song topic, here's the original, you have to hear that to get the idea of how awesome the song is, but those rare live moments are still great to see, otherwise lost for ever because they weren't archived as moments in time that may never happen again. Why I think Art will stand as testament for movies and music, Video gaming as well, dare I say! haha

Rediscovering another 90s artist... SPACE HOG! Cool, eh?

4 hours, 4 hours of pure thrash metal awesomeness from Slayer. It didn't satisfy me yet though but I'm just killing it now.

Also Slamman dude, I'm a big fan of the so-called Big 4 Thrash metal bands, though I'm more of Megadeth and Slayer to be honest.

Here's another album that I've been currently listening to from FApocalypse current release. Would be really glad to be getting this soon.

My current LSS, just loving those hardcore guitar riffs with added shrieked vocals making it a great black metal piece
