Bawsaq is just for SP guy.

They will never released online!

but its connected to R* online servers. so how do you explain that? Personally, i think it will come out eventually. I really do. I think that they are trying to get rid of all the huge exploits & hacks so people cant turn 5 billion into 50 billion in a matter of an hour. this would be a great feature that i'm hoping R* will implement into their online servers & gameplay. they would really benefit from this. also, i think that if they open up BAWSAQ, more people will buy shark cards so they can invest in companies such as: ammu-nation & others. just be patient. it will come sooner or later

Everyone that's saying R* won't release the BAWSAQ because people will make too much money has never purchased a security in their life. You don't just magically turn $5b into $50b overnight. I would wager that they're experimenting with which metrics should affect the share prices and waiting until prices even out. When it is released, it's either going to be extremely volatile, or be so restrictive that a single stock is like having a perfectly diversified portfolio because the prices never change much at all.

Missions nerfed, races nerfed... Bawsaq anytime soon? Hell no.

When the cash cards have made they a few billion more, maybe and MAYBE then it will come out.

I hope they ditch this idea of baw or ballsaq, I hope they cry and beg for hackers to stop exploiting the game.

It's gone for GTA 5 Online - it will never, ever happen now. It was majorly ambitious to implement to begin with, after all these money hacks? No chance.

It would be fiendishly difficult to properly manage anyway, to stop people collaborating and manipulating it (exactly like real life).

The only way it could properly work as an online mechanic is if Rockstar had some kind of algorithm that could match stock prices to fictional, ongoing in-game events players could keep track of via a news feed or internet page or whatever. E.g. a story breaks on the radio about Lifeinvaders Ceo murdering a prostitute, and then in-game players on that particular server at the time gamble on another companies stock rising in response. Plus a limit on your portfolio.

To leave it completely to the players would result in rampant inequality eventually.

The whole point is giving them the option to be lazy is the problem, for many reasons.

lol wot? so because glitches have fallen through the cracks totally absolves everyone who partook in them from from personal accountability?

EDIT: this is my main problem with the folks who glitched, i dont care that you did, honest. I just fidn it absurd that you think you have done nothing wrong, it is like those who steal absurd sh*t like tv's and sh*t during riots. just because you could get away with it does not make it right

EDIT:to answer the thread, no i do not think it is coming, there is already too much hacked income in the system to have it happen and be fair.

And the guys at cockstar are really stupid because they should know that hackers would buttfck this game anyway. They shouldn't even show the ballsaq in that trailer.

No. It won't. I'm thinking no to casino (or if it is, it will be minimal), too.

If R* were smart, they could release the casino and write an algorithm that bases your odds of winning on your net worth, so new players have good odds of winning and billionaires will eventually lose a significant chunk of their wealth. If they're trying to balance the economy without just zeroing out everyone's accounts, this would be a step in the right direction.
