I read this as "Will they release it in 2014" and still voted no, then realized it was before 2014. LOLNO

R* hasnt said sh*t on it, I doubt it ever comes back, sad considering it was one of the most interesting features I had been looking forward to.

It would be nice to have.  I'd try to invest, problem is I don't look it up often enough to know when to sell or buy.

Because there were no "real world" events that had any influence on stocks like the were claiming it would.  I was even thinking BS when I heard about it.  I could only imagine the mess it would be if they brought it Online.

Can you imagine hackers organizing mass pump and dumps. Good way to turn $54 trillion into $540 trillion. No way you'll ever see it.

Its not that simple, in theory there would need to be stocks up for sale for them to be bought.

If people are keen to the whole pump and dump thing, there wont be people selling stocks at the lows and they will actually buy instead.. the people who dump 54 trillion wont be able to buy more than they are selling back to others.

Pump and dump assumes that people will fall for your trick when you tank it, selling their stocks cheap... online, thats not how it would work.. they would just hold onto them until they make a profit.

I really doubt they will release it due to the cheaters and the influx of all the money lobbies/gifts.

Players have nobody to blame but themselves.

Thats garbage logic and no reason to pull out a feature entirely. That wont be why if they do pull it, itl be because they are too lazy to make it close enough to a real system.

This whole "Ruined it for everyone else" thing is bullsh*t in general, not just in gta.

I didn't say that was the main or only reason they wouldn't add it, but it's a very pointless feature to put in when the community is deluded (even though only a small % of the total only community are cheaters) and can be manipulated by what has happened recently, and I'm sure someone in their live team has brought it up at some point.

The only "bullsh*t" thing here is that you think developers and engineers that are paid to work wouldn't work because they are "too lazy" do you have any clue how jobs work.

It could only start working if R* could stop money glitching entirely and find a way to do away with the untold amounts of money already in players virtual hands. I think nothing short of a global cash reset could accomplish that. So I think it's unlikely it will ever happen, let alone by '14.

I know money glitchers like to claim they aren't wronging anyone, and I basically agree .... except for BAWSAQ. They are the reason it hasn't been implemented, which effects everybody.

Too lazy as in they think its too much work so they just wont bother. They are obviously on a barebones dev crew.. they might be working hard but there obviously arent enough working in general.

This is a game that sold 1 billion $ worth in 3 days, full price game WITH microtransactions.. and its supposed to be a top notch company, more is to be expected from them.

If they pull it, its because cashcards.

No,this game is broken,95% of players are now millionaires/billionaires + it would be a money laundering/profit multiplying anyway & R* don't want that... They want us to buy cash cards,I wonder if anyone has bought one on the last week?

You're terribly wrong, and we aren't forced into buying cash cards at all, you people need to drop the conspiracy bs.

I suggest you look up the term conspiracy, its not a blanket term for anything you think is ridiculous.

When you use that word that way, it just makes you look like an idiot. It would be naive to think companies wouldnt do everything in their power to "encourage" you to buy their microtransactions, it happens across all the games who have them.. its not a "conspiracy" Its just common business practice.

Its one of the huge reasons why cashcard systems should be rallied against in the first place, once they are implemented they dictate major facets of gameplay in ways that "encourage" their purchase.

I'm using it in the sense that people here act like Rockstar is purposely doing things to deceive players into thinking they have to buy cash cards, when in reality it's just people's selfish childish greed and stupidity.

The players of this community are the lazy ones, not Rockstar.

The whole point is giving them the option to be lazy is the problem, for many reasons.

Its not just allowing them to be lazy either, its allowing them to be bad... CoD style.

You want to know why people are lazy, its because its what they are used to.. bring back games that force skilled gameplay or long times spent on the ground... or slower progress.

This game now (after the patches/nerfs) forces you to invest quite a lot of time and actually work towards things, but the players are too dumb and lazy to deal with it, hence cheaters.

They did give the option to be lazy in the beginning though there's no disagreement there, with the replay button and 25k/5min missions.

Youre arguing against them forcing cashcards, arent you? If so.. not doing a good job.

They know the players are lazy, can you imagine how many cards they would sell if there werent glitchers... like come on, you dont see how that is intentional? That it will carry over to bawsaq and wel never see it again, that the casino will be rigged to pull more money out than it gives?

I would have a giggle if the really rich guys invested billions and billions of dollars, and the whole GFC thing occurred and they lose damn near all of it.

I think the casino will work in the same way, the odds are against you for quite a few games.

Do i think the market thing will happen? Maybe i'm alone on this, but i couldn't give a sh*t if it's here or not...

You aren't doing a very good job of reading my posts then, this game now is how it should have been on release you shouldn't be able to unlock everything in the first month of the game legitimately, it's not a good model for a long run online RPG and there's 0 reason that you would need to, you should be focused about leveling up and unlocking weapons not having 10 adders in your garage.

Cash cards won't even come close to deluding the playerbase and manipulating any feature like cheating currently can.
