Tuco? Wasn't expecting that at all, honestly. I hope Hector makes a cameo...

LOVED the reference to Saul's off-handed comment about managing a Cinnabon from "The Granite State".

However, I honestly felt that everything between his first trial with the delinquent teens up until his re-meeting the guys running the injury claim scan was boring. I'm assuming Chuck is either his father or uncle, but they didn't really say.

To be brutally honest, the only reason I'll be watching next week is to see more Tuco, other than that, this episode was just "okay" to me.

Was that black and white intro a flash foward of the events after breaking bad?

Yeah it would seam so as he is living a secret life at CINNABON and the tapes he watched confirmed its way ahead of the current setting the series follows.

That was amazing. Perfect way to kick off our journey into Saul's twisted world.

The Chuck angle seems kind of dull, although we don't know much yet I guess. Loved everything else though. What do you think Tuco did with the brothers? My guess is they're dead or we see them get killed, and Tuco intends to kill Saul too, but he manages to convince Tuco that he can be useful to him.

Yeah for now the Chuck part is pretty meh, though I'm sure as the episodes go on soon enough we'll start getting closer to his character (or not). As for the brothers, I have a feeling they'll be let off along with Saul or manage to slip away somehow. I wish I wasn't spoiled earlier about Tuco being there.. overslept so I missed the premiere so the first thing I saw when I woke up was reactions to him left and right, still was great seeing him but even more when I saw Mike.

Vince, you're a f*cking genius and you have me hooked already. Great first episode, great cliffhanger.

Not sure how this went over my head the first time but it seems like you're right, can't wait to see how this ties in towards the end of the season or show if they do this every now and then in the beginning of the episode.

I'm not sure if you guys know, but Michael Mando the guy who voiced Vaas in Far Cry 3 is in this. You can see him right at the end when they show scenes from the next episode.

Yes! That was f*cking great.

Unfortunately, I can't binge watch the sh*t out of it like I did with Breaking Bad. But it's all good.

Loving it so far, although I think his entrance and exit from the conference where he asks for a billbion billzion dollars was a bit ...Well, obvious trailer moment.

That was excellent. It feels great to back in this Universe. The opening was heartbreaking, the ending was exciting.  I knew I recognised the guy at the door, but I couldn't place his character name until I came in here. Unexpected.

I'm assuming Chuck is either his father or uncle, but they didn't really say.

They had a special last week (a 5 minute get to know the characters type thing) and they said that Chuck was Jimmy's older brother.

Edit: Link to that special. Also lets you know about Kim (the woman he shared a cigarette with).

What exactly is Chuck's illness? Does he have some sort of Kryptonite reaction to modern technology?

Honestly wasn't too impressed. Not a bad show, not a particularly great one either. I feel like it drags its feet far too often. Just look at that montage sequence toward the end. I wasn't laughing with it, I was laughing at it simply because it wouldn't end. I still find it hard to believe that Tuco would spare the scammers from a gruesome death.

I dunno, something about it just left a bad taste in my mouth. Shouldn't have believed the critics saying it was as good or even better than BB.

This is the popular theory.

I'm so glad this isn't a law show. I've had enough court drama bullsh*t.

Its a court law show gone bad, and in a good way. Episode 2 was much more exciting though than the first one.

The desert scene is equal parts funny and suspenseful, some of the best dialog I've seen in a while.

Definitely loved episode 2 more than 1, he's already evolving into the Saul we know today.. not fully there yet of course. As always, looking forward to the next episode.
