Yes!
Current interiors converted/made:
-New hotel interior for Extended Downtown
-1 new clothes shop
-2 New restoraunts
-1 New Pizza place
-2 New safehouses in Vice Point
-6 New safehouses not placed yet!
-1 New safehouse in Ocean Beach.
-2 New warehouses
And more.
..

PLEASE convert Mendezs building from VCS!

For that towers,make intierior smth like office in building near them.
EDIT:Can you convert this building and interior too:

Actually yes,why not.But i need someone to make Hud,scripts,Anims and convert radio stations but missions,huh so hard so no.
MAJEST1C is helping me right now with converting map.i can convert peds,graphic ,cars and weapons,radar,loadingscreen and menu,i found nice tool for converting .mdl to .dff!
But not now,i want to finish beta 1 of this mod first.

I have whole VCS converted to VC(BIG THANKS TO MAJEST1C)Now i need to place models in game

FEATURES OF BETA I (29.12.2013) :
1. 20 new interiors converted from SA
2. Few interiors converted from VCS and maybe some from lcs
3.Extended Little Havana
4. 10 New cars
5. Extended Downtown(Extended with real life buildings from my dead TC Project Miami)
6. Few remaded building in Ocean Beach whee beta 1

Stop mixing it with VCS, if you're making a scratch made VC TC then use an empty cleaned out copy of the game.

Stripped gta3.img = just 40mb!

-gta3.img+dir contains only needed files like
anim .ifp files
default.ide dff+ txd files (cars, peds, weapons)
generic.ide dff+ txd files (props, gen objects, icons, etc)
mapclean.ide dff+ txd file (just a single dff and a single txd for 1 new object)
radar .txd files

That is absolutely everything in the new gta3.img ^ no un-needed crap like cs stuff, characters, cs objects, un-needed map objects all removed.

Are you basing this new area on any real places in Miami?

 

Also (Aslo) I don't believe there's any mountains close to Miami at all. The highest point in the whole state is 93 meters...

No,its based on San Andreas's countrysides.This city IS based on Miami:

You know Floridas highest natural point is onl about 325 feet right? It's up around the panhandle area and I think I've been there once, if not twice.
