it crashes my game for some reason.
You don't want it anyway, it's not mobile reflections, it's a bad edit. If you want close to mobile then SkyGFX with VCS reflections is the closest for now.

 

can u give a tutorial plz?

Download SkyGFX, and change this in the ini:

vehiclePipe=PS2 ; Select the vehicle pipeline to be used
; values: "PS2", "PC", "Xbox", "Spec" (like PS2 but with specular lighting), "VCS" (my take on VCS-style reflections, very bad)
; otherwise the pipeline will not be hooked (in this case this setting cannot be changed at runtime)

so it says:

guys why is the windows app version of gta san andreas or simply the mobile ported version so laggy sometimes . i have a gtx 960 4gb so i dont think my pc is the problem. is there any fps limiter or something?

It's a sh*tty port of the Android version in an emulation wrapper. Don't expect jack from it.

No but why would you even want to? You have the original pc version which is better in every way.

By the way why until now you haven't updated the texture of the radar? Version Ash_735 uses DXT1 compression where the texture quality drops significantly, specially converted without compression and compare. Textures without compression look much better and don't have the "ladders".

I kept DXT to match what most people use, at least if I convert it the quality is a tad better since I'm using an image editor to export it rather than a converter, but yes, if you have the space and want it a bit better than use uncompressed from the mobile archive which has the RGB option.

How many times do you have to be told?

SkyGFX, set to Mobile style and grab colorcycle.dat.

It's not fully accurate but then again the Mobile colours are an emulation of the PS2 colours, which you can get with SkyGFX anyway and they look better than the Mobile colours which come off as oversaturated.

sorry for asking alot but i needed a more detailed guide and thx for giving me it.

 

how do i use the mobile style ? and i should put the colorcycle.dat in the data folder?

 

EDIT: nvm got it   sorry i am not native English so i may have problems with understanding guides

guys isnt modding the windows app version is the same as mobile version? cuz they are both using the obb files and data. i extracted them and i gained acces to them . so can we mod it?

Technically you can, but you'd be limited only to basic stuff like console versions. Nothing fancy like ASI/CLEO etc.
