Great news. 

 

It would be good to have SA enhanced for PC. It is just the greatest game of all time for me.

 

@badboy_zay: Could you please fix this beta drug dealer? He has that stupid line in the middle of his face. Here's the link:

This one is fixed, and fully functional.

 

 

Edit: I've been collecting beta files for many years. I dedicated a lot to get as many files as possible. I tested them. Classified them.

It took 3-4 years to be a fine collection.

 

I think it would be selfishness from me do not release it. But that's the point that I would like to ask your opinion.

 

None of this mods are from my own creation. I never modeled, coded, etc. I'm not a modder, just a big GTA SA beta fan.

I don't wanna be called stealer, assh*le, get banned, hated, busted or anything else.

 

I would like to give credits to all creators, but there are SO many files, that I don't know who made what.

 

Every damn Beta Mod was somehow cursed: they were never finished. My intention is just to share these files, in an organized way, to make Beta fans happy, like the modders made me.

 

I could be adding credits if people tell me who creates this or that mod. I don't wanna steal: I wanna share.

 

What do you think about this? Give me a light people.

I guess it depends on what kind of files you have. map files? peds? cars? was any of it created from scratch?

Well, one or two map files. I can't say wich one was created from scratch.

 

I have vehicles, peds, vegetation, actors, clothes, PS2 atmosphere, gangs, icons, sounds, textures, cops, animations.

 

About the vegetation, you can compare my picture with the ones on the second page - they look ok, but mine seems "blurred", it's not 

like this. Just compare. There's no definition on mine.

It has the bright colors of the PS2, and even the sun effect, all fully functional. Natural PC color are too much opaque, lifeless.

One advice: the sun effect needs CLEO4.

I can't play SA without it. It gives a colorful aspect to SA, just like my favorite version of the game (PS2).

 

On those pictures, you can see I'm using Mobile Vegetation, but can you see how bad they are? They're not like the pictures on the second page of this topic. Anyone knows why? I'm not referring to Alpha bug.

 

I don't know why, but I can't post images directly on my posts on GTAForums (it says I'm not allowed). WTF?

Yes, I'm using colormod (it's part of PS2 Atmosphere above).

 

Could it be making this blurry effect? I'll test it without colormod.

 

EDIT: Well, it's not colormod's fault. I'm using TTDISA, maybe it causes this. I'll import original dffs and txds vegetation

from a clean game, and then I'll try mobile vegetation.

It's unfortunate the big Sun crashes my game, been trying to find ways of making it work for a long time and still no luck.

It should not crash your game, 'cause this one is fixed. I know there was a CLEO sun effect that crashes after some minutes of

game, but this one is fixed. I use it with TTDISA, and can garatee it works.

That's strange, it was crashing my game again. I removed "old" at the end of the extension so I could see it in action.

No, don't do that! This one is broken.

 

 

You just need to copy files and put on SA directory.

Yes, it shows, because this one is fixed. If you pay attention, there is a directory inside CLEO, called PS2A_SCRIPTS.

Those files will be responsible for sun effect. But don't rename anything.

 

Just do this:

1) Install SA;

2) Install CLEO 4;

3) Copy the files from PS2 Atmosphere to your main SA directory.

 

Don't rename anything, it will works just fine.

That's odd, I even sped up time using the cheat and it doesn't appear at all unless I remove old at the end of the extension. I've been modding on SA since 2007.

 

Can anybody else here confirm this?

yeah it got released for surface tablets, could the app be run on a normal desktop?

Runs fine, default keyboard bindings are weird, mouse control is f*cked up though; currently working on making wrappers for the native code DLL to work outside of the Immersive environment and potentially work on Vista+.

Windows Phone version ported to the WinRT-specific API and compiled for x86 CPUs as well, running inside typical Windows 8 app containers and indeed just the mobile version and such.

Probably not. The way how game is coded is different from mobile and some files (like .dff) on mobile don't work on pc.

Why not making the peds, tempenny, cesar etc. No just only CJ with fingers? Is it too hard or something porting them to the pc version?

Yes, it's too hard. Mobile DDF's have a new file structure, the game will just crash if we put those DFF's on PC. I don't even know if they are compatible with 3dmax.
