how can I get the gta3.img archive then? i can't find it

I made my own version of the radios but with the same quality as the originals just in case someone doesn't have enough memory in their smartphone.

The radios weight around 150 MB.

Anyone know if this works with iOS, and where to extract it to?

WHAT lack the mobile version? the PC version? I know that lack ambulances and fire trucks they never appear when NPCs kill one. I know that radio stations are also missing, but I have restored them all. how can I restore ambulances and fire trucks?

Is there any way i restore the paramedics? Fire trucks and ambulances to the mobile version? Whenever I kill one NPCS it does not appear!

I bought san andreas from the windows store on my laptop, windows 8, is there anyway i could replace songs from radio stations with my own? i've searched everywhere!

I have managed to get the following mods

Wtc for gta sa
Sa to liberty city mod
New sexyer mt Chiliad
Plus mt olympus mod

All the mods listed above I have managed to get them working on android WITHOUT CLEO OR ROOT or opening your Obb

First u wanna copy both obbs from phone to computer[main/patch]. Dble click on a obb file, a prompt will pop up. Choose to open with winrar.... if u dont have winrar, I assume any file compression program will work, but u can dl winrar. Extract files to a folder, I named mine to match the obb it came from for easy organization. Do this for both obbs, then ur almost ready. In MAIN obb, make a copy of the texdb folder n paste on desktop. Now copy all the files in the texdb/gta3 folder in the PATCH obb n paste in texdb/gta3 folder on desktop. Now ur ready to add files to gta3 using txdf*cker. Of course u need the gta3.img file aswell for replacing models[in the patch obb/texdb folder].

after u replace dff in gta3.img / add textures to gta3 folder using txdf*cker... in your phone directory [.......android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files] will be your save game info, make a texdb folder to in tht directory and inside the texdb folder u wanna paste the gta3 folder and gta.img files.

To adjust data files [carmods, carcols, handling/vehicle...etc; make a data folder the same place u made the texdb in ur fone.

Its pretty simular to pc modding as far as the files, just adjusting models are different

I think some Russians converted the mobile cutscene characters for the PC IIRC.

Well, I have also researched mobile dff format and I'm planning to include import/export for mobile dff files in my [currently developed] dff plugin.

this was way back but people entered hidden interiors through the los santos gym and
a jet pack sorry lol

Just vertex & skin data is different.
Mobile DFFs use OGL native data format when PC uses D3D8/D3D9. Well, each platform (+PS2, XBOX) have its own native data format. My goal is to make them all convertible.

I'm working with an Android player to implement Chain Game style modifications on mobile saves. I have a lot of experience modifying saves, but I don't have San Andres mobile or a device that can run it. My Android partner on this project has almost no coding experience beyond compiling and running the same cleo scripts I sent via PM. Please include any details needed to bridge our gaps in understanding.

 

Manually editing a save with a hex editor is working as expected. The mobile save structure is slightly different so PC editors don't work.

 

Do text IPL modifications work on mobile devices? The specific strategies are to edit GTA.DAT to include references to new IPL flies, and modifying standard IPL files.

 

I need global offsets for the threads of mobile main.scm in order to launch threads from cleo scripts. Usually I get these using the Thread+Global Offset option when decompiling scripts with Sanny. I have what I believe to be a good iOS main.txt, but all of my attempts to decompile even the few cleo for android scripts I managed to find have failed. i can provide the labels and examples if necessary, but I'm hoping to find a complete Android main.txt with thread+global, or even main.scm and a working strategy for decompiling SA mobile scripts.

 

Is there any hope that Cleo for Android will be able to implement read/write memory operations or call (0AA5:)?

 

Can Cleo for Android run custom missions?

 

Is there a coordinate manager available for Android?

Vehicle sounds are simple.

 

1. Open GENRL.OSW file using WinRAR or similar program and extract all files.

2. Convert your MP3 files to MONO 32000 Hz.

3. Convert your WAV files to MONO 18000 Hz.

4. Use program called Wavosaur to make WAV files looped.

5. Make new ZIP archive with store compression.

6. Rename your ZIP archive to GENRL.OSW.

7. Use nick7's San Andreas Audio Fixer to generate IDX file.

Same. They just have to be MONO. Bitrate and sample rate are not important.

 

(Btw, there is no point in using high bitrate because it sounds like sh*t anyways, use 128)

Ive tried it and it just plays the adverts in a loop, maybe im doing something wrong here, does the song have to be the exact same time as the original song? i'm using the windows 8.1 version from the microsoft store it's exactly the same as the android version,

Also i get this following message when i try to replace osw folders, "!Write error in the file C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\RockstarGames.GrandTheftAutoSanAndreas_1.0.0.8_x86__3t068xe29zjvp\Assets\__rzi_0.467. Probably the disk is full

 Access is denied.

Do .obb files have any special type of encoding? Whenever I add something to the obb files, then the game won't recognize data and asks to "download game data". But if I delete the thing(which I have added) from obb files, still the game won't recognize data.
I am sure the problem is with editing obb files.
I have tried winrar, windows zip explorer and x-plore on android but after .obb files got repacked by these programs, then the game won't recognize game(.obb) data.
