OBVIOUSLY the DLC is going to involve an attack of unstoppable aliens that are attempting to destroy Los Santos so that they can turn it into a city full of varying bowling alleys, populated only by Roman clones. Franklin, Trevor, and Michael are drafted into Merryweather Security and must engage in "Modern Combat?" as post apocalyptic Los Santos burns in the night and blocks out the sun during the day with plumes of smoke.

Just as the humans gain an upper hand, the aliens unleash a deadly virus upon what's left of the city, turning many into zombies that only want to bowl, call people asking them to come bowling...and eat human flesh!

To combat them, Lester has the team plan a new heist to break into the super underground facility beneath Fort Zancudo to steal a project time traveling device so that they can bring back John Marston so that he can hogtie and burn enough zombies to give them a fighting chance.

Battle aliens in jetpacks, mow down bowling obsessed zombies, and wreak your own havok with new weapons like the phased plasma rifle with 40-watt range, dual blaster pistols, and a NINJA KATANA, as well as additional vehicles like the uncontrollable 1950's flying saucer and trained Tyrannosaurus Rex!

You just copy and pasted the synopsis of Saint's Row IV, didn't you?

The first DLC is a what-if concept. We'll see the characters in alternative lifestyles:

Michael's storyline will revolve his household in an episodic sitcom style set-up, where the family gets into all kinds of crazy misadventures. Like one episode will feature Michael coaching Jimmy for a dance competition, whilst meanwhile Amanda suspects Tracey's new boyfriend of being a Spanish terrorist.

For Franklin's side, his story begins with him undergoing a sex change, and must deal with the consequent harassment he faces each day in 'da hood'. This will also introduce a new mini-game that allows you to play the strip club and hooker features from the other side of the table.

Finally Trevor takes a job as a mascot at a the Glory Hole theme park (a whole new section of the map is added, replacing Mount Gordo). At first he takes the job with the intention of setting up a huge heist, but after a run in with one particular child with a terminal illness, he has a huge change of heart, and calls off the heist halfway through. Trevor's story is loosely modelled on the story of The Grinch, and this is most apparent with the climactic shoot out at the peak of the park's tallest rollercoaster.
