I'll be playing GTA V tonight?  I haven't played GTA V in over 2 weeks.  Matter of fact, I'm playing Payday 2 on PC.  And why are you asking me why I'm on here?  Shouldn't you be trolling in Free Roam or parachuting or some dumb sh*t like that?  Oh no wait...you can do some of those missions that you've done a million time before for hardly any RP or cash.

Yet you are here for what? To bash a game you don't even play?
That doesn't even make sense you ass clown.

That's like me, I don't listen to Country music--- why would I be trolling Miranda Lambert forums? Unless im just an immense asshole with no f*cking life whatsoever?

Unlike you, I haven't reached that level of boredom because my gaming is usually interrupted by a life, just the opposite of your existence, that's obvious.
This announcement of new content is to calm you bored folk down and all you do is complain more.
Had this game cost $100 and had all those issues or if we were PAYING to be ONLINE...man, id understand the crying.
What if Rockstar announced (like most games) that this was it...WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET? Then what?
Have we forgotten that in past games there was no added content options? I mean, are we really that spoiled?

I'm here because I obviously own the game...are you really that dense?  I paid for the game like everyone else...except I'm not scared to admit that it's broken (and look at that, you have a boyfriend above that won't admit it's broken either).

And since you're talking about why people are here, shouldn't you be out in your tank or chrome Adder right now?

I assume you mean me... Day Reaper seems like quite a dashing chap...

Seriously though online is not broken is it? It plays OK. Its not exceptional or anything but it does work in a perfectly acceptable if quite dull/repetitive manner at times.

My single player is broken as I cant continue due to Michael disappearing so I know what its like to suffer at the hands of a broken game.

Well, to be fair according to him anyone that agrees with me is my your gay lover or something, so I figured I'd point out that he had one too...lmfao.

Listen, im not fussy, either of you will do, maybe even both...

Wait, so we were supposed to Google images of the cars that were supposed to be in the game to begin with??  You really have gone full retard. You claimed that you didn't jerk off to Rockstar, but I think you should reevaluate that statement...lmao.No need to re-evaluate how much of a little woman you are. Even the women gamers are laughing at you, girl.
At this point im not even defending Rockstar more than just highlighting your stupidity. YET YOU ARE STILL HERE AMONGST US. YOU f*ckING HYPOCRITE. Its people like you that deserved to get punched in the f*cking mouth for being such whiney assholes. There are million things that went into the game and you want to CRY LIKE A BABY about pictures on a fake website?

Did rockstar make you spend your last $60?
And YES you useless prick....Googling the photos of the cars that weren't pictured was VERY EASY to do and unlike you....I FOUND A SOLUTION and DIDNT JUST WHINE in my DIAPER....I said, What the f*ck, where is the pic of the Cabrio 9F? Hmmmm maybe google will show me the car. And guess what? IT WORKED. I saw a picture of the car I was looking for and I didn't even have to come to the forums and turn into a god damn Diva. Was that too much to ask of you? FINDING ANOTHER SOLUTION to the missing CAR PICS was real tough for you right? In all honesty, I feel sorry for you man. I really do. YET YOU WILL BE PLAYING GTA 5 TONIGHT.

Oh no wait...you can do some of those missions that you've done a million times before for hardly any RP or cash...lmao.

Exactly. Bored. Move on. No need to mope and cry only to wait for the updates only to complain some more when they are finally released. Because that is all I read on a consistent basis in here. And I understand what you are saying about glitching for 30 minutes and then playing for hours....but notice how no one who actually does that complains....its the multi-millionaires with their "Free" cars and nothing else to do.
I enjoy the core gameplay. It is what it is.
The truth is you modern gamers are so f*cking spoiled. That's the f*cking truth.
Updates and tremendous graphics....want to know what the "Update" to Pac-Man on Atari was? It was called Mrs. Pac-Man and we had to wait YEARS for the "update".

I have some millions but I didn`t glitch. I am not stupid enough to play the same sh*t missions that offer me sh*t money and RP for longer time to complete than the few that actually pay decent. I am all for variety, but I will not have negative balance at the end of a mission. And at level 100+ to get 2500-4000k per mission is a slap in the face.

Already bought BF4 (who would have thought) and I am almost moving on... and by the time heists hit the servers, DayZ Standalone will be out.
____________________

So, you see, it`s not about not having nothing to do. It`s about refusing to run the treadmill Rockstar is making me run. And the few missions that DO pay nice are too few. Funny how Titan of a Job pays 5k now, too.

Yeah that's it. You are leaving the world of GTAO. No crying or extra whining from you, like that bitch boy Tantrix.
That's my point.

I think it's evident who is on Rockstar's dick...LMFAO.

Look at how you jump up when you read or type the word. Dick.
I didn't come here to say ROCKSTAR was the greatest....I came in here to tell you how much of a god damn pussy you come across as. Seriously. You bought a broken game. You feel cheated......poor princess. She spent $60 and didn't even get everything she wanted. Its a f*cking game. Its not perfect no one said It was....but just like in the TLOUS forums....you cant please every little vagina out there.

Why are there so many people posting on this forum that hate the game and say how awful it is? If you dont like gtaO why in the hell are you on a forum about gtaO? I am sure you can find something better to do... I would never join and post on a forum of a game that i dont like. If i dont like playing a game i certainly will not enjoy posting on a forum about the game i dont like

I don't think you understand what a target market is.

http://megagames.com...=zergnet_104214

http://www.oxm.co.uk...-infinity-ward/

He is speaking about his target market.

So, maybe she doesn`t understand it, but you don`t have a clue either.

I work for a marketing company? Yourself?

A target market is a focus point in product development and marketing. It is a segment of your customer base, the largest, it is not 'everybody' like he said.

It's also unlikely to be children, since that isn't the largest market overall for a series rated M or R18 in most countries.

Did you see the game advertised on Nickelodeon?

Do you see Bieber stickers in LSC?

How many kids were at your midnight launch release?

I'm not saying teens don't like it - but they like drinking and porn as well - doesn't mean they're the target market.

Your link shows another game being catered towards a different audience. This isn't Call of Duty.

The first one to type the word "dick" was you.  You are also the first one here to completely lose his sh*t over a game, all while asking other people why THEY were upset.  Lmao...

This game is catered towards the "casual". The Infinity Ward guy defined the casual pretty nice.

So, that is Rockstar`s target market - the casual player. And if you think Rockstar isn`t banking on kids making a lot of noise for their parents to buy them the M and 18+ games, then you might consider another line of work and I am saying this being dead serious.

Overall I respect your points. If a company releases a product, it should be exactly as advertised - no excuses. It's just that in this instance, Rockstar has provided a LOT more gameplay time than you'd usually expect for the title and are apologetic for the stuff ups - so a little respect/patience isn't the worst thing in the world.

Probably because they're either actually enjoying the game but just want to be heard about their issue, or that one little issue they're obsessing over means they can't enjoy the other 99.9% and they're frustrated.

Just a guess.

The post you quoted earlier was referring to the definition of a target market.

I might have the wrong one - all I know is that it certainly isn't aimed at children.

It's quite likely casual gamer was the target - previously I think it's clear it always has been - auto aim etc - but that doesn't mean the target market was specifically teenagers/kids or necessarily even included them (although I'm sure accounting factored that in as a sales region - maybe labelled it parents :p )  - if it was their TARGET to sell to under 18s, they would've gone out of their way to hold it *just* on the PG-13 line to maximise sales and put in more teen themed items.

As I said earlier, when I play and hear voices on the mic - it's usually adults - squeeky voices annoy me and if I heard those the majority of the time I played I wouldn't play or I'd disconnect my headset.

Yes because every role in marketing involves selling adult products to underage persons.

Rockstar may be banking on those bonus sales (I never said they weren't), but the game is not targeted towards children (which is what I'm really trying to say here) - even if generally they're inside a casual gamer target market - the target market isn't "underage gamers" nor is it "everybody".

Forums attract childish dickheads.  It's where losers can practice bullying people without fear of it becoming real, because (despite the big man speeches) none of them would ever dare talk that wank in real life.

I find it both laughable and sad.

Yes because every role in marketing involves illegal game sales to underage people.

Rockstar may be banking on those bonus sales, but the game is not targeted towards children (which is what I'm really trying to say here).

It isn't illegal unless a 12 year old walks up to counter and requests a copy of GTA V and the clerk sells it to him/her.  Parents all over the world bought this game for their underage kids, and that is legal...the same way you can walk into an R-rated movie here with your kids and they can get in with no problem.

Anyway, I think he is sort of saying what I was earlier.  Both children and teens are playing the hell out of this...regardless of the M rating.  We are in a time where games are more violent and contain more nudity, yet more kids play video games...that's gonna result in a whole lot of kids playing GTA V (which Rockstar knows).

Lately our crew numbers have been dropping - people moving on - many have said they'll return when heists come back.

So I do hope they're good, and I hope they're either dynamic or large in quantity (we'll see)

Yes and I agree. I just don't agree they were specifically the target market. They could've been included in the target market if it was 'casual gamer' (which is what he's suggesting) - but I haven't seen any signs that the game was intentionally targeted towards 12-18 year olds specifically. To me, it's an adult game, that kids/teens enjoy too - like porn/beer/cocaine.

Probably good money were spent on what the casual gamer looks like and what it likes to play. Children are part of the casual gamer generalization.

I am pulling numbers out of my ass here: say their statistic shows that 27% of the casual gamer is within 12 to 15 years old bracket. They are just a statistic. They are sure as hell not supposed to touch the game to begin with, but we are not living under a rock - they ARE a part of the larger "Casual Gamer" target market. Rockstar will introduce features into the game that their statistic found appealing into a study of "game features best received by the 12 - 15 gamer profile age group".

Well yeah I hope so too.

I just think that people have oddly put so much hope in heists as a fix all for everything that no matter how good they are it will be somewhat of a let down.

Why are some people thinking when they say 2014, they mean like the end of next year? That's silly. It will most likely be Jan or Feb, March tops.

And those complaining they said Online Heists would be included from launch? Go back and watch the trailers. They said no such thing. They said they would release it after, which is what they're doing.

Rockstar has no problems in cutting our mission payouts NOW, then come and calmly say "We expect Heists to be the major source of income". Sure.. problem is, while they are pulling words out of their ass, one lil` problem still persists: We STILL don`t have supposedly the best way of making money in the game, but we already have nerfed missions and cash cards. Convenient, isn`t it?

And replaying the same 4-6 missions is getting old...

That means it's really coming in 2015, and by that time 50% of the player base will have already quit the game altogether.  They can't even fix what's broken in the game, yet they're planning all kinds of DLC to shut all the kids up on here.  Good plan, Rockstar.

You actually think that 100% of their staff are working solely on the heists?

I never understood this viewpoint. Yes, I agree on the mission variety is limited, and I agree completely that it needs some mixing up, but I strongly disagree on the mission payouts. As you progress on, a lot of missions give you some good amount of cash: there's one mission, available after level 40, that gives out 12k and it's short. And the best part, it's different to most missions I've played on. There's also Survivals, which are easy to do once you get competent people to play with. That's an easy 20k after what, 7 mins of play? And it's repeatable. Just need to find what pays out the most.

Bad move, everyone is moving on to PS4 & XB1 next year so who is going to give a f*ck.

Implying they won't release it for ps4.

Also 2014 as in June 2014?

I don't think 100% are working on anything whatsoever.  I mean, look at what's been done since the game went live...hardly anything at all.

I am bored of Survivals. Did them for hours to make money - they are as fun as chewing sand after one point. So, you`re left with missions. VERY few missions pay 7k and upwards. There is no point in doing any missions under 7k payout, not for me, anyway. The same 4 - 6 worthy missions are too few to hold anyone...

And 7 mins for 10 waves is very generous.. also unrealistic.

[EDIT] I don`t do PvP in this game. To me, it`s a joke. Nothing against anyone that does - it is just my personal opinion and choice. I recently purchased BF4 for PS3, so I`ll take my PvP thrills from there. Also own Arma 3 and will own DayZ Standalone. So, the ONLY reason I bought this game was for coop play and heists. I received 4 to 6 worthy missions and no heists. Whohoo!
