"TMZ points out that GTAV's box art features a woman holding a cellphone who somewhat resembles Lohan"
But the girl on the cover doesn't look like a used up crack whore? Hilarious.
Even though this forum is pretty messed up, I think we can still take some pride in the knowledge that most of us do not get our news from People, US magazine and TMZ, like 3/4 of the rest of America does. That's what is really f*cking sad.
The other thing about cases like this -- it may have nothing to do with any action by Lohan herself, or any offense that she may or may not have taken to seeing GTAV. A celebrity is just a property with a fluctuating market value. More likely, this suit is motivated by the entourage of managers, lawyers and other straphangers in her career circle, who just want to extract a few more bucks from the gradually declining property value that is Linsday. Heck, she might have learned about this lawsuit from TMZ, just like everybody else.
