It won't happen. 1.5x won't happen. That's what the hard setting is for.

I think you'd be blown away by how many people don't know how to change the settings. A lot of people don't even know the servers are separated by aim settings. Just get used to it like everyone else. I suggest making some friends or joining your crew if you're all by yourself.

I was in auto aim to start then in free aim after a month or so but my pals stayed auto so I had to change back to mission with them and now I'm back to free aim.

Low $$$, low ammo... improvements need to be made!

After being sniped 12 times today I messaged the player saying he was super quick, I couldn't even get a sight on him and he replied that he's on his way to 600 sniper kills! I left the area after reading that bit....  :sigh:

While you have a point about missions in free aim being a bit more difficult, it doesn't really hold water as a justification for getting higher payouts/RP. Why? Because even in auto-aim sessions, there is free aiming involved when shooting from a vehicle, sniper rifle, heli (except for that damn auto-lock, which is present in all aim modes), and so on. IMO, free aim is just a way to make free roam and deathmatches a bit more entertaining, and maybe adds a slight, but self-imposed challenge.

tl;dr - Use free aim for PvP/co-op, do missions in auto-aim sessions.

I've heard from semi-reliable sources that R* confirmed this will happen with the Bitches and Hos DLC when female avatars get the Doggie and Kneel actions and male avatars get the Thrust and Money Shot. My source tells me cash will get automatically transferred from the players' bank accounts.

People who race as a banshee should receive more cash and RP because they're harder to drive and have a lower top end.

If it meant I'd never have to see another thread here about free-aimers being the master race vs. the rest of us auto-aiming peons, then I'd completely agree to it.

But seeing as that will never happen...

No.

Thing is.. free aim is not increased difficulty setting. It`s a choice.

Yes, much in the same way setting the mission difficulty game from Normal to Hard is a choice. Lol

I don't get less RP/$ if I choose to do "Mixed with coke" in my buzzard. It's much harder without it though...

Isn't challenging yourself it's own reward?  At least that's what I hear from you guys all the time. "You should challenge yourself, you'll see that you'll have a better game experience!"

Not happy with the challenge? You need Rockstar to give you a stamp of approval?

Can't argue with that logic. I choose to drive a Faggio, therefore I should automatically win every race.

Including the sea and air races.

That isnt what I am saying at all. Rockstar already did this in Red Dead Redemption multiplayer, free aim players got better rewards.

I agree, as someone who doesn't play free aim.

It takes more skill, the reward should be greater.. at least 1.5x

Encouraging people to be better at the game or choose the more difficult road because it's fun can never be a bad thing, it's exactly what gaming needs more of.

So you choose to play with a challenge, and all of a sudden it's Rockstar's fault you feel not rewarded enough for the jack sh*t you're contributing to yourself?

f*ck off.

Just wait, they'll do this and then suddenly all the free aimers will be on here whining about all the noobs clogging up their servers and demanding that if you can't effectively use free aim, you shouldn't be in a free aim server.

That's how video games work.

You choose higher difficulty settings to challenge yourself and reap greater rewards for doing so. The problem is we're not being rewarded at all for choosing to challenge ourselves. In RDR, free aim matches are called 'hardcore mode' and give more xp for playing it.

OP is talking about an incentive to get more people on the Free Aim servers. It makes absolute sense.
