I haven't completed Black Flag yet, so I can't speak for the Order there, but I felt myself questioning the ideaologies of previous games. In AC3, for instance, I found myself wondering...is Connor truly fighting for the betterment of mankind?

Now don't get me wrong, there are bad seeds within the Templars, Borgia being a BIG one, but the Assassins have traitors/defectors as well. I believe the Templars even consider Borgia's reign, as a "dark time" for the Order. I remember feeling as if I may be taking out the wrong targets in AC3, as msot of them seem to have a legititmate reason for what they are doing. I had the same feeling, in AC1.

Am I the only one that had this feeling?
