The safehouses in GTA V are somewhat less in numbers but still more personalized than their SA or IV counterparts. Still, all of us wonder if we could make a safehouse, what would it be?

Design your own Safehouse for GTA V

Name: Name of the Safehouse
Location: Where in the county the save is located
Garage: If the safehouse has a Parking space or Garage and how large
Interior: Describe the interior of the house
Exterior: Describe the exterior of the house
Income: If the property has any sort of weekly income
Wardrobe: Where the wardrobe is, if any
TV: If the house has a working TV, if any
Health: If the house has a spawning health restore?
Drugs/Alcohol: If the charcater can get high and/or drunk in the house
Acquired: How it is acquired, such as completing a mission
Charcater: Which charcater can access the house
Radio Station: What radio station is playing in the house, if any
Extras: If the house as extra interactive ammedities like Internet access
Spawns: What pickups, vehicles, etc spawn in the vicinity
Interactions: What charcaters spawn in the safehouse and how you can interact with them
Other: Anything else you feel needs mentioning

Since I got writers block, I can't draw up any examples but I'm sure you can come up with something and figure it out.

(My Safehouse thread for IV is here, and my 'old skool' SA thread is here)

Name: Shoreside hideaway.

Location: Northern Bay area.

Garage: Small 1-2 rides

Interior: Main level is a regular house, perhaps a middle class beach house sort of deal, nothing special. There is, however, a trap           door that leads to a basement... The Basement has a sort of hidden hide out deal. A few weapons spawn here, silenced combat           pistol, shotgun, nothing too OP but a good place to go if you lose all your weps. Heist area (Perhaps this could be used for GTA          Online...) with a storage room and sort of bunker mentality... a good hide out deal with a man cave... TV, some couches and a             bed sort of deal.

Exterior: middle to low class shack along the back strip of houses in that little bay town. Def want it to blend in.

Wardrobe: One in the basement, sort of along the prep heist area.

Acquired: Simple purchase... I always thought the idea of buying multiple safe houses was the best thing rockstar did...

Radio: Always West Coast Classics...

~ The place is a regular looking house made for laying low or leaving the city. You come out to relax, get drunk/stoned on the beach... watch sunsets, drive your jet ski... keep an eye out for hit men coming after you...

Name: Bel Air Villa

Location: Richman Hills, Los Santos Metropolitan Area

YaGl6oO.png

Parking Space: A huge, Mediterranean/Italian Renaissance-themed, 30 car garage that could be accessed via the southern winding entrance or the house -- or the stairway leading there from the courtyard. The garage would have beautiful Italian Renaissance themed arches, tan lighting, marble floors, a few bullet proof windows giving off a view of southern Los Santos, an area to drink wine, a TV, and a radio. There would be a section for bikes and motorcycles, being able to store 5.

There, I'd have:

  • Black Oracle II
  • Black Oracle I
  • Black Schafter
  • Black Schwartzer
  • Black Dubsta
  • Grey Zion
  • Grey Zion Cabrio
  • Silver Cognoscenti Cabrio
  • Silver Khamelion
  • Black Exemplar
  • Dark Green Rapid GT Cabrio
  • Silver Sentinel XS
  • Silver Tailgater
  • Silver Jackal
  • Silver Baller Version II
  • Silver Rocoto
  • Silver Serrano
  • Silver Coquette
  • Silver Surge
  • Silver Voltic
  • Silver Truffade Adder
  • Beige Cheetah
  • Yellow Entity XF
  • Yellow Vacca
  • Yellow Infernus
  • Tucked away in the ritziest area: Pearlscent Dark Blue Stinger GT
  • Tucked away in the ritziest area: Pearlscent Dark Blue Stinger
  • Tucked away in the ritziest area: Silver JB700
  • Tucked away in the ritziest area: Purple Monroe
  • Tucked away in the ritziest area: Light Blue Z Type

Bike section:

  • Red BMX
  • Green Vader
  • Red Bati 800
  • Light Blue PCJ 600
  • Silver Double T
  • Carbon RS

Interior: Beautiful views from most windows that aren't big but still allow a lot of natural sunlight. 10 unique bedrooms just for the hell of it, a kitchen upstairs and one downstairs, a study, theater room, living room, a closet, 2 iFruit laptops scattered about and 2 full iFruit computers scattered about, a sun room, 2 enterable bathrooms for the hell of it, a pool room, a large foyer, some hallways, a basement with a secret door to the garage. Lots of rich veneers, marble, and well crafted designs throughout. Ritzy furniture everywhere, old styled whilst being modern. Each room has different style and paint. Look at the number of chimneys and double it by two, that is how many working fireplaces there are! XD even one in the bathroom!

Exterior: Exquisite Italian-Spanish Renaissance Mediterranean-themed dark stucco mansion built on a hill with a bell tower, courtyard, gardens, a separate building for underground wine storage -- XD -- a gate, 2 decks, gazebo, a fountain, and a small meadow. Million dollar views of almost all of Los Santos and part of the beach. Lots of exquisite imported flora.

Wardrobe: Whatever I buy Michael/Franklin/Trevor/Online Character! XD

TV: Four TV's: A small one in the bathroom by Panoramic, an 80 inch one for the theater room XD, a 30incher in the kitchen, and a 50 inch one in the living room above a fireplace.

Acquired: Michael/Franklin/Trevor/Online Character goes onto Dynasty8 and buys this for $335,000,000 -- seems reasonable because we'll soon be able to gamble in Online and a lot of people are billionaires in Single Player.

Radio Station: Anything I switch it to. Bowers & Wilkins themed kevlar covered speakers throughout. I could picture myself listening to Worldwide FM or Radio Mirror Park a lot.

Extras: Internet access, TV, pool, darts, sitting, drinking, smoking, cooking, telescope, the ability to open windows and shoot, sleeping, ordering food, heist planning, gambling, yoga -- who does that? -- maybe even shootouts with the ability to run and shoot around the mansion.

Spawns: The cars I stated above. Have a Dundreary Strech and a Journey spawn infront of the upper level garages that aren't really usable.

Other: A grill, some chairs, a radio, and telescope out back. What the hell else? XD

Honestly that would've been f*cking awesome and extremely over the top, but that would make the money in the game actually worth it!!! :D If only. :(

I did not know this thread existed haha, I had made a different one here: http://gtaforums.com...afehouse-gta-v/

Good topic. The lack of purchasable safehouses in V is one of the biggest disappointments. Online doesn't count.

Name: 415 Mad Wayne Thunder Drive

Location: Rockford Hills near Michael's house.

Garage: No garage but one covered space for parking. Up to three vehicles can be parked altogether.

Interior: The interior comes furnished and decorated in The Jetclass Style and features every imaginable amenity. The master suite upstairs features seperate his & hers bathrooms in black Siena/ white Carrara marble respectively. A sweeping ceremonial staircase is the home's centrepiece. A billiards room next to the dining room and a state-of-the-art screening room in the basement (featuring a 150" 2160p projection screen and 11.2 Neo-X surround; fully soundproofed and including a snack bar & powder room) round off the entertainment options. A walk-in humidor for Cannabis and a strongroom for valuables and weapons.

Exterior: The exterior bears a rustic, European flavour. Symmetry is respected but like the staircase tradition is broken for the sake of an interesting layout. Modern technology like air conditioning, powered gates, security systems and lighting is integrated seamlessly to uphold the illusion. The plants and lawn are maintenance-free thanks to buried stand-pipes for automatic irrigation. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi feature cooled in addition to heated water, and a heavy-duty purifying system ensures the chlorine-free water remains fresh enough to be potable.even when contaminated with female (not male) ejaculate.

Income: None.

Wardrobe: Separate his & hers walk-in wardrobes feature climate & humidity controlled space for garments , eye-wear and footwear. A full watch-winding cabinet can keep up to 36 timepieces at once ready for use.

Television: Apart from the screening room there are magic-mirror televisions in the dressing room, kitchen, billiards room, both master bathrooms and dining room, as well as a 70" 3D full-array LED in the lounge.

Health: A health pack and full body armour spawn in the downstairs powder room off the hallway.

Drugs/Alcohol: The aforementioned humidor with mood lighting for heightened hallucinogenic experiences, plus the fully-stocked champagne cellar and bar in the lounge (with topless barmaid).

Acquired: Available as soon as the player wishes to spend the $3600000 required for the deeds.

Character: This safehouse is only available to Franklin; he wants a home near to Michael's dwelling.

Radio Station: The default radio station is FlyLo FM however any can be selected or RADIO OFF.

Extras: Internet access courtesy of an Enus laptop in the bedroom and a Pegassi laptop in the dining room.

Spawns: An advanced machine-gun and combat pistol spawn in the strong room, as well as grenades.

Interactions: The barmaid and butler's accommodations are in the basement and inaccessible, but the barmaid can be enticed to leave her post and engage in fellatio, cunnilingus, mammary masturbation and other off-screen past times in the master suite. This advances time by six hours. The butler can be summoned to bring Frank weed from any room in the house simply by pressing right on the directional pad.

Name: 361 North Sheldon Avenue.

Location: Vinewood Hills.

Garage: Climate-controlled double garage with hydraulic single door in armour-grade steel painted to resemble wood grain.

Interior: A highly palatial interior in Neo-Rococo style, resplendent with twenty-one different types of marble and decorative stone including but not limited to Diasper, Rodonite, Lapis Lazuli, Porphyry, Onyx, Breccia Frutticolosa, Wunsiedel, Sivec, Alabaster and Quartzite to name but-a-few. Eighteen different wood grains are featured, including but not limited to San Andreas Walnut, Curly Bubinga, Zebrawood, Bird's-Eye Maple, Violetwood, Black Ash, White Ebony, Brazilian Cherry, Scottish Oak...

The study is completely decorated and furnished with nine different grades of rare Amber and Jade.

Exterior: Another rustic structure with painted walls and ornamental cast-iron work. The house is highly secure with armoured glass throughout necessitating hydraulic hinges, running off a master pump & reservoir in the basement (next to the government-grade Panic Room/armoury) with the upshot of whisper-quiet operation. Exterior doors are similarly powered and secure. The terrace has been designed without balustrades giving a stunning view over downtown Los Santos, with the skyline of the financial district dominating the horizon.

Income: None.

Wardrobe: A full walk-in wardrobe and dressing room including a separate room for shoes.

Television: Televisions are inappropriate to the aesthetics of the home, as a result a separate Media-Room is provided in the basement, below the garage. Centrepiece of this room is a 153" Panoramic 4K 3D Plasma coupled to an on-demand Quad-HD streaming cable service piped direct from the major Vinewood studios. The service costs $100000 per annum and grants the user exclusive VIP visiting rights to said studios as well as access to celebrity actors and film makers.

Health: A health pack and full body-armour spawn in the Panic Room.

Drugs/Alcohol: The media room features a fully stocked wine & cigar bar with round-the-clock topless barmaid service.

Acquired: The non-negotiable price is $7000000, to include tax, staff and five year's streaming service.

Character: The home becomes available only to Michael after a pre-determined point in the story sees him prefer to leave his current home in Rockford Hills. His old home can still be accessed.

Radio Station: By default, The Lowdown is piped to all rooms. This can be changed via Michael's iFruit Pad.

Extras: The media room provides larger-than-life high-speed internet access on the Panoramic television. Sound is catered for via a seven-point-two channel High Definition system custom designed and fitted by prestigious British acoustics firm Reverb LTD (not be confused with Liberty City fashion chain RVRB Limited). The fronts are solid 18k gold and the centre uses sophisticated dynamic-lift sound processing to compensate for its placement below the television. The Rococo seating benefits from D-Box technology.

Spawns: Michael's Tailgater spawns in the drive. The armoury adjoining the Panic-Room (and only accessible via hitherto) displays all of Michael's weaponry on racking, but does not spawn ammunition.

Interactions: The round-the-clock bar necessitates two barmaids, who will entice Michael to perform physical acts upon them either individually or as a menage-a-trois, including but not limited to Rusty Fish-Hooking, Rusty-Tromboning, Rusty French-Horning and Two Pups In The Rusty Tub, as well as others.

Screenshots:

0_0.jpg

Overview of the house from the street. Note the angle of the road.

0_0.jpg

Trevor about to receive a threatening text from Michael.

0_0.jpg

The angle of the hill necessitates a reinforced concrete (19000 pounds-per-square-inch bunker grade) podium for the house. This podium houses the media room (for soundproofing) and the panic room/armoury, as well as the central hydraulic system with UPS emergency generator.

0_0.jpg

Both barmaids are off-duty and enjoying a little something from the cigar bar. They're not holding their cigars properly, however. The open deck presents issues when Michael is intoxicated. The paving is electrically heated and thermostatically controlled so sexual acts in-view-of-the city can be performed without furniture- a minimalist philosophy at odds with the home's interior.

0_0.jpg

Live crime and punishment can be enjoyed from the deck. The house is well soundproofed.

Name: The Grotto

Location: Vespucci Beach on the same row of beach cottages where CJ & Micheal's shrink lived

Garage: Private marina docking space (for watercraft) + 30 vehicle garage: 1st 10 for exclusive supers, 2nd 10 for all bikes, 3rd 10 for all Warstock & custom vehicles BF injector etc.

Interior: gut the modernist interiors and customize it the way I want in Sims 3 style. More specifically, I want to add:

*a HOT TUB/JACCUZI,

* a reserved space to put WORKING GYM EQUIPMENT in SA style.  How about that large looking room in the high end garage which is completely sealed off? Why can't they convert this into open storage/customized space? Where you could have a gym (with yoga interaction point to build strength)

* working fridge (to store food bought from convenice store),

* working stove (to animate cooking food so you can make higher health point food for missions/survivals  & FM etc),

* working dining room table so char can sit and eat,

* working TOILET & BATHTUB.  Bathtub for bubble baths which would help remove your scars and f*cked up meth head look.  Sleeping takes too damned long to fix this

* ability to chose what color paint the walls should be.  And what wall/floor furnishings (like carpets, paintings, artwork) should be in the safe house.

* ability to HUNT like in SP. Bag a deer or cougar, cut off it's head and mount it somewhere in your remote cabin safe house somewhere in Blaine county.....

* Add a stripper pole dancing interior design feature so strippers can pole dance in your safe house.

Exterior: same as the beach condos that Micheal's shrink and what CJ's beach condo used to look like

Income: Until R* allows us to own properties besides safe houses then none. Unless you count the millions of GTA$ in lost opportunities for your char to deal and sell drugs in the safe house. Or anywhere in FM that is.....

Wardrobe: existing walk in closet location & design is fine. But add an animation which increases the number of shoes/clothes that you can see in it.  This would be based on how much clothing you buy.

TV: existing TV location ok. But would make this at least 50"+ screen

Health: This is where the kitchen appliances come in.  Buy food at the convenience store in FM. Either store the food in the fridge, or cook it on the stove to increase/max the health bonus points in the food.  Store this improved version of the food in the fridge or in your inventory for later use in missions, in FM etc.

Drugs/Alcohol: Keep the bong. But add other features like DRINKING BEER to the things you can currently drink inside the house.  Now why did this ability disappear when Franklin moved into Vinewood Hills? Add the ability to SMOKE CIGS/TOBACCO & DRINK while watching the TV.  Why was this ability restricted to Micheal in SP? Why didn't they carry it over to online?

Acquired: same way acquired currently in game.  Earn the amount of cash legally and not via money cheats (by doing missions, races, doing stuff in FM etc) to save enough cash to buy it. Safe houses would be similarly priced based on their locations, garage sizes, how many upgrades you could add etc.

Character: All chars should be able to access the house, regardless of what level they're on.  It doesn't make sense buying a 2nd copy of the same safe house (or other safe house location) on the map.  We should have the ability to buy numerous safe houses just like in SA and GTA IV. And all chars should be able to access them regardless of their levels.

Radio Station: add an independent radio station just like in GTA IV which allows you to play your own music tracks.  This is a vital feature, since the music selection in the game is so damned repetitive. Add the ability to upgrade what the radio looks like as well.  I want a full bass system in the living room and bedroom instead of the cheap ass $10 system that's there now.

Extras: The smartphone is understandable.  But I'm left wondering why the internet access in all safe houses are limited to laptops in the garage? If you're in the high level apts, then why can't you at least have a terminal in that 2nd room?  Especially since it's existence has been completely useless to date?  Would make sense to put one here, especially if that's where the heist planning boards is going to be located.  Would be great to be able to use the internet and pull up blue prints of banks/stores and other business you're going to rob with your crew.

Spawns: No spawns in FM unless they're 1. random and 2. spawn in extremely hard to reach places.

*on land: In the vicinity of Mt Chillliad, or some remote corner of Sandy Shores or Grapeseed.

*underwater: at places above crushing depth (where you could reach by holding your breath or using scuba gear).  And below crushing depth (where you would have to use at least scuba gear or a sub).  These should be high valued collectibles worth $10k+ consisting of high end armor, weapons, even clothes. The deeper and more beneath crushing depth, the more valuable.  Add sharks to make it even more interesting....

Interactions: all crew members, friends list, and friends you've added to your Invite Only sessions.  Exception is if you buzz a random player in.

Other:  R* really needs to give us a similar tool to the heist creator, which would allow customization of safe house interiors.  Convert a couple stores on the map into furniture stores where you could buy stuff to interior decorate your house while in FM.  This would make it a lot more fun to visit other ppl's apts and see what they had in there.

On the wardrobe: want to add an option to change whatever shoes your char wears to bare feet---just like with Micheal.  I'm still wondering why R* made him the only protag who had that ability. Of all the other 2, Franklin should've been the most likely to go bare foot. Because he's the only one who can buy Smoke on the Water and had a real RP reason to hangout on the beach (like being near the gym equipment on muscle beach, playing with chop on the beach etc)

On doing drugs: getting drunk, or high (from the bong, coke etc) should last as long as it used to in prior GTAs. Just like in GTA IV.  Niko would remain drunk unless he ate something afterwards. Add the ability to get high from your inventory when outside the safe house in FM (or even on missions).  You would stay high until the timer runs out, or if you ate something. Either food from your inventory, or those MISSING HOTDOG VENDORS.  Who seem to have stalls everywhere in the game, but to date, appear to be still MIA in LC.......

On Interactions: add ability to invite over more then one hooker to your apt.

And a SA hot coffee option with hooker to bedroom and/or shower in bathroom.... :miranda:
