I'm preparing for a little mod. This is the info:
Map: Los Santos (Same as SA one), Bone County (, Red County and Vice City
Setting: 1990
Vehicles: Same as SA, with some based on VC ones
Weapons: Same as VC with some from SA
Engine: Renderware from SA
The story's main theme will be dealing (not just drugs)

I have just one question: How many people do I need? Or who could be helpful?
Note that I, myself am a Vehicle Modeler. But I also texture.
Please do not reply me if you want to swear and bitch on me, or teaching me what's a TC.

Well first off, are you sure you'd fit the entire map in SA's 3K border?

Yes of course. The overall map is smaller than original SA.

It is. But are you sure you can fit, Vice City, Red County and Los Santos all into one map? It seems possible depending on how you put its rotation, but I'm not sure if it'd look odd or not.. amyway, that wasn't your question.

I can't imagine you need anything other than a mapper, although work would be slow doing it solo.. so if you could gather more people with mapping experience to help, it'd be a lot easier. You may or may not need a scripter depending if you run into problems or not, but SA mapping has generally being figured out now so it shouldn't take much other than a quick google search to find a solution and you'll also need a scripter depending on how you decide to approach missions, but I assume you're going to use DYOM for that.

Let us know how it goes, oh and don't forget to delete all the lines in the occlu files for the areas of San Andreas you remove or it'll cause bugs with new objects on the map.

I know CLEO mission scripting, so dyom wouldn't be needed.
And about the map... It will be this, in words:
LS, BC and RC are in west, and the VC is in east.
Some random islands incuding two secret ones are placed in south.
@GeorgeGTA: As the mod takes place in 1990, I've managed to show The Families rise and fall, and Brian's murder. So the game ends in 1992.
