i switched over to trevor an hour ago and he was yelling about wierd things and flying a titan through a thunderstorm.

Second time I switched, he was getting kicked out of a lingerie shop and wearing a dress lol

also again playing as T, we witnessed a three star speed chase with two squad cars and a police maverick helicopter taking shots at the driver this happened in sandy shores.

Lastly we beat a guy to death in golf.

If you watch Jimmy play that in game FPS (Impotent Rage, I think) hints will pop up on his tv screen.

 

These hints include:

 

'If someone speaks with a foreign accent, blow their head off!' and 'ALWAYS question your opponent's sexuality!'

 

Also, a few of the in game websites, such as the DMV site, have actual quizzes that you can take.

Playing the online mission Romance Isn't Dead to enter the prison without getting a wanted level and check out Infinity Eight's drawing. And heard some rather disturbing screams from cell block 9A by a woman, and occasionally by a man.

Many of clocks in the game aren't static - they're pointing exactly time in the game :)

- Dogs have a dynamic life just like human NPCS. At the beaches they will fly into a crowd of birds and scare them by barking at them, they will also walk along the shore between the water and the sand. Inside of places like the dog park they will follow their owners and sit. They'll also walk around certain perimeters.

 

Guard dogs will follow Security guards and are prone to instantly attack you if you're inside a restricted area.

 

- The cargo jet has an interior itself that can be entered whenever the player pleases, unlike the andromeda in San Andreas.

 

- Women will spirit walk from Banham Canyon and make will make an occasional stop at the dog park in vinewood hills.

 

- If you abandon a bus eventually the Los Santos Transit Autorithy will send a driver to pick it up.

 

- The bus/tram drivers have blue uniforms, while the pilots/bus drivers in the airport will have grey ones.

 

- You can walk over people at the beach who are laying around.

 

- Pedestrians can make phone calls.

 

- Houses will not have their lights turned if you crash at them if there are residents outside of the property.

 

- Niko has a pre-lease screenshot of GTA IV on his lifeinvader page.

 

- When pedestrians can get out of the vecinity of a shootout they will crouch cowering covering their heads.

 

- Sometimes if you're in the highway the San Andreas Highway Patrol might respond along with the  Sheriff's Department.

 

- Due to their inability to ram Police Officers in bikes will shoot at you.

 

- There is a proposition to ban people who are preparing for nuclear disasters.

 

- There are parking indicators in the Rockford Hills Police Garage which one of them will light up depending in which direction you are going.

 

- Security guards will also report death bodies.

 

- The subway system & the sewers are one the most largest interiors in the whole game (Actually they're both connected!)

 

- Sometimes you can find hispanic tourists.

 

- Road rage makes a comeback from San Andreas, but this time it will happen if it's intentional and not accidentaly or if it was the fault of one of the drivers. Both will get out of their vehicles and fight.

 

- Gang bangers also have SMGs.

 

- You can taze people out of their car if they're in a convertible or if their windshield/window is broken because the cardtridge can't penetrate through.

 

- Paramedics don't run over pedestrians anymore.

 

- Police officers are able to arrest pedestrians, but pedestrians will go out running thus promping the police officer to shoot because of them resisting arrest.

There's a different ending to Targeted Risk if you're able to land on the flatbed quickly enough.

 

 

i landed on it straight away (freefall as far as possible and only pulled my chute at the last second).... whats the other outcome?? PM or spoiler tag for the benefit of those who dont want the surprise spoiled...

- In the O'Neals termination mission, the one when you have Michael shooting them from the chopper, Chop shows he's able to swim (Franklin comments on it too). But if you take the dog at the sea with Franklin the poor animal will not follow you in the water: it will reach the shore and it will instantly drown as soon as a longer wave reaches its nose.

 

- When you try on clothes in the different stores, the character will express very clearly if he liikes the item or not (even when you already own the clothing you're modelling), while if you try wearing the same things from your safe house closet the character doesn't show any reaction. The "WTF am I wearing!?" reaction from Michael at Binco's and from Trevor at Ponsonbys' is priceless.

- Strippers may not have different boob sizes, but they sure have different ass sizes (Cheetah has the biggest ass of the whole strip club)

 

- The strip club literally plays six songs, Wade makes a comment about it when being held againsts his will by the stripers.

 

- As Trevor once you take control of the Strip club people will no longer treat you bad if you get too near them, its due to them recognizing you as the owner of the establishment.

 

- During Night or the afternoon the Kortz Center will be closed to the public and security guards will patrol the premise, if you're spotted by one of the guards during the night you'll gain a one star wanted level.

 

- Both the Sheriffs Department and the LSPD will respond to your crimes or 911 calls in Vinewood hills.

 

- Attacking firefighters will doing their job will gain you a two star wanted level.

 

- Off-duty paramedics will attack you at one star wanted levels.

 

- AI will no longer climb ladders if you attack them while they're doing so, instead they will run towards cover.

 

- Police AI position their car or leave both of their doors open so they can take cover.

 

- During pursuit Police officers will never wear hats, only glasses.

 

- During on-foot pursuits Police officers will shout out where you're headed (South, North, West, East).

 

- Sometimes there can be casualties amongst a shootout between you and the cops, sometimes officers will shoot a civilian by accident because they're aimlessly running either to flee from the scene or for cover.

 

- If you turn on cheats like the invencibility one during Police pursuits LSPD officers will utter comments about it like ''YOU'RE A BORING sh*t'' and ''HOW DID YOU DO A TRICK LIKE THAT?''

 

- The LSPD has a fleet of unarmed Buzzards.

 

- Blood splatters incoming from you can fall over pedestrians covering a part of them with it.

 

- I dare to say but I think this has more interiors than IV, and some of them like the Fort Zancudo ATC, the Merryweather Naval Base and the Mile High Club are bigger, wider and better than the ones in IV.

- 2 fake burning buildings in Fire stations (Those are for training)

Man, this is such a great and comforting thread, and a pleasure to read through. It's good to see that among the midst of petulant bitching and whining from the trolls and entitled brats that this forum is famous for, there is still a demographic of fans who can share their appreciation of all the great details and work that went into this game.

The detail is amazing in this game. And for the very first post, here is a video of riding a motorcycle on the bridge. I want to try this and bail out in mid-air with a parachute  :panic:

- If you sleep in your clothes and don't change when you wake up, NPCs will comment that you're smelly.

 

- Mike/Frank/Trevor will make comments about whether or not they like the clothing you're browsing while in one of the clothing shops. You can still buy their disliked clothes nonetheless.

 

- All protagonists will have facial injuries upon exiting the hospital. So does your online character, but his/hers don't fade away. They will remain until you switch sessions.

 

- Lamar makes comments depending on what you're driving when picking him up for a friend activity. He dislikes Trevor's Bodhi, and will patronize Franklin if he shows up in a motorcycle.

 

- When smoking cigarettes as your online character, hold down the action button and he will continue until you let go instead of just taking two puffs.

 

- The cigarettes your online character smokes are Redwoods.

 

- Tracey is bulimic and can be found in the house bathroom in front of the toilet crying and saying "No one wants a fat daughter."

 

- Unlike IV, there is a 50/50 chance of the paramedics reviving a downed NPC.

 

- Some police officers get enraged when you kill their partner, and will fire at you blindly without taking cover.

 

- Franklin's drunk, but he ain't gettin' drunker.

Yeah thats true. I've waited around for the paramedics to come revive a ped that was tab over in the middle of a convo with Micheal. They tried, and failed.

I know, it's really rare which is stupid. But I've seen it twice and never thought to take any pictures. This was before any updates, mind you, so maybe they took the feature out? I know, dumb, but I suppose it's possible.

How much did you comb through the game to come up with this list? The fact you think stair cases, stalls, car washes etc are "interiors" is pretty pathetic to try and make it seem better than it actually is.

 

I know in the past I've criticised GTA V's amount of interiors, but it's probably closer to GTA IV than we think. To me it looks like you've sat down to think really hard of anything even if it doesn't make much sense.

 

People who talk about GTA IV/EFLC's interiors don't mention multi story carparks for example. Just saying.

 

The only thing this list highlights is there's an insane amount of repetition (Probably moreso than GTA IV/EFLC) and the rest are boring/uninteresting hangars and warehouses.

I bought this game because i thought it would have had a great storyline

This is exactly why we can't have nice things, the reason that gaming is going to sh*t is exactly because of this, nowadays people don't like a game just because of the story and completely disregard gameplay, yet people can excuse gameplay that is more boring than watching grass grow (Mass Effect 2 for example) just because the story is great.
Don't get me wrong, I love a great story just as much as the next person, but not when gameplay is sacrificed.

I personally don't have an issue with pinning this thread as it seems quite informative however I can't guarantee it'll stay pinned, but I'll pin it if that's what people want.

Well I'll just keep naming cool sh*t you didn't know about lol

- if you shoot fire extinguishers, white sh*t comes pissing out.

- If you follow Trevor around as either Michael or Franklin in free roam, after a little while a kind of cut scene will happen where Trevor says looks like somebody wants to be molested and he will headbutt you, somehow killing you instantly.
