everytime I go to the beach or have to go in the water, I never seen a shark yet.

Swim as far out in the water as you can, then a shark will eat you. :D

Apart from Grove Street.. that Fort, and then there's the ocean, seems like I'm always close to having a heart attack when swimming underwater.

Only two places I can think of.

Grove Street.  Home.  At least it was before the Ballas f*cked everything up.  Lot of history there.  Brian and Beverly.  Tony.  Big Devil.  Little Devil.  Smoke and Ryder turning bitch.  B-Dup defecting.  Bear turning to a crack whore.  People actually listening to OG Loc.  And after all that work CJ did to paint the map green the set still gets turned purple.  Hell of a big disturbing question mark, I'd say.

Stab City.  Again, a lot of tragedies led up to that.  Jason.  Jim.  Billy and Brian's bitch asses and all the weekend warriors who followed them.  Angus' legs.  Ashley's respectability, already in the toilet, drags Johnny down with her.  Only brother left standing anymore would be Dave Grossman.  I swear, even though I knew I was playing as Trevor I felt like a BASTARD hunting down Terry and Clay.

Seriously, nothing. In fact, it's amusing at times.

There aren't many locations in V that strike me as unsettling or creepy, but the secluded (and the only part of the map that feels secluded) eastern coast of the map can be a bit spooky at night. Especially when its misty/foggy. I remember taking a tuned white Dubsta on a slow, off-roading road trip from Mount Gordo's trails to the hills east of the Los Santos oil fields back in October. It was fun and took two in game days. The daytime felt clean and scenic, but at night it was weird. I had never been through any of the eastern areas before so uncovering them in the dark was quite and interesting and strange experience.

I don't like being deep in the ocean miles from land when a shark is around.

What if you were in Mt.Gordo in your Bati801 (without your lights) and Mrs.Cranley just popped out of no-where?

After all, Gordo is one of those mountains. ;)

I once drove a boat far, far, far away from Los Santos towards the West, to see how far it could go.

I started during a sunny day, was able to see a nice sunset and when it got really really dark, the f*cking boat engines simply stopped working and the boat started to sink. Franklin was miles away from land in the darkest of nights in the middle of the ocean. It was so damn scary I had to switch back to Michael almost immediately.

First thing I think about when I saw this is, "You were Franklin when you wanted to be him, but ditch him as soon as you screwed too much with him."

Poor Franklin was left all alone out there. :)

That UFO underwater is one of the creepiest places in the game. You're just swimming and then cuz of how things just kind of appear underwater it's suddenly like BAM GIANT UFO UNDERNEATH YOU. I was out looking for it and it still creeped me out.

Me too, I'm currently searching for Leatherface. I just got the game 2 days ago.

Anyone ever hear of Discovery Island at Disney World? I'd love a place like that. A small island with an abandoned building shrouded in mystery. The building could have creepy stuff inside like preserved animals and maybe some dead bodies opened up. Ghosts and whatnot. THAT would be scary.
I did however find the easter egg where the cops are near Mt. Josiah and the car goes off the cliff creepy.
